The cabin was very clean, the kitchen was full with necessary items, the cabin was spacious & the beach area was large & great for our grandchildren!

Perfect for a small family!

The best location for our crew! We had young children and we had everything we needed right here. The place was super clean and literally right on the lake. Tyler was great at responding quickly to any questions that we had. Can’t wait to stay again!

Excellent place for a peaceful getaway.

Been to this place a few times now. A nice place to relax. Always very clean inside. Could use a little cleaning up outside but otherwise a great place to stay.

The cottage was clean and layed out perfectly for our group. We really appreciated the air conditioning and the shaded front yard. The beds were super comfy and there was lots of hot water for showers. I would advise renters to bring their own towels. There were only 3 bath towels for the 5 of us. There were a couple little quirks, but overall a very good value and fun stay!

The cottage was excellent. The only thing that bothered my wife was dirty towels and linen by the washer and dryer on the floor we would stay there again sometime in the future . When driving to the cottage drive slow a lot of deer..

A wonderful family getaway

We very much enjoyed our stay at this cottage for our vacation. It was perfect for our family of 5 and the owners thought of everything- games, books, outside swings and so much more! We were all so sad to leave!

Superb

This place had it all. It was very clean, has the lake, firepit, enough beds, lots of storage, everything we needed for cooking, and plenty of room. We will be returning next summer so we can enjoy the kayaking.

Quiet and peaceful.

Comfortable house was very clean and well stocked. Enjoyed the solitude. Great BBQ and sides at KRB's.

Lake House

Had a wonderful time, the swimming area was a bit small due to the weeds but that also made geeat fishing at dusk, and the non motor lake created a great vibe for family kayaking. Was very quiet and peaceful the house was spacious with a friendly light community

Great Getaway

Sandy Lake is so nice and peaceful and a great lake to relax on. The house is a perfect size for the group we had (a couple and a family of 4 with the kids being 6 and 8) with a nice patio area that we spent a lot of our time on. Tyler communicated fantastically and made sure our stay was the best it could be!

Nice place on a small lake

Quiet, family friendly property on a small lake. Friendly neighbors. Enjoyed fishing (bass were plentiful), kayaking, and playing games. House was comfortable and plenty of parking.
