Overall a great place to stay near downtown. Close enough for a long walk or short UBER drive. Neat, clean, comfy, cozy, and has everything a small group would need.

We had a wonderful stay! The property was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Everything we needed was provided. The location was fantastic—right across the street from a small park surrounded by the river, which made the setting especially peaceful and enjoyable.The host was friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again. Highly recommend!

Great place close to UT off campus housing ! Perfect place to land after a long drive, yet close enough to pick up keys, check out the new digs and move in the simple things. Even took a stroll around the little park across the street.

What a charming house and location. It is right across from a river front park; so beautiful! Also very convenient to downtown and all things UT. Has a fire pit we don’t get to use but also great to have. Well furnished. Would have loved to stay longer!

The house was exactly as advertised. It was very attractive and comfortable. It was very close to the downtown area. Easy access to everything was there. Plenty to do at the house and was a great place to stay. If in Knoxville area again we will definitely book again.

This place is exactly what we were looking for. Within walking distance of downtown and where we wanted to be. The host was quick with responses to any question I had. The house was very clean and nice, the beds comfortable. Will definitely stay here again and recommend for anyone.

Lovely cottage

Clean, quaint and well appointed! Great stay in a convenient location. Easy to get in and out. We were dropping our daughter at UTK- appreciated the extra space for staging and washer and dryer! Lovely hosts and will definitely return.

Lodging for an event at the Knoxville Civic Auditorium

A great little house furnished with all the necessities. Close to the University in a quite neighborhood with a park across the street. The fire pit was great for a relaxing night with good family time and conversation. I would definitely stay here again.

Mom’s Weekend for Son’s Fraternity

Two Mom’s stayed, and it was perfect for us! We each had a private bedroom and and a private bathroom. The property was close to campus. The house was clean and decorated nicely.

Had issue with front door lock but owner was very responsive and sent someone to fix it. The yard was overgrown and noisy at night with the nearby train tracks. The interior was nicely decorated and upgraded which really is what is most impt

Overall nice place. Prefer curtains in kitchen. Wasn't able to message owner and sent email about power outage which resolved itself quickly but would have been nice to have gotten a response.
