Downtown Inn Moab is a vacationers dream! Arches (A) Unit is located walking distance to Moab's downtown shops, bars, and restaurants. Located 1 block off Downtown Main St.

This newly renovated condo is walking distance to downtown Moab shops, restaurants, and bars, even the Moab bike path is right next door! It's a mix of everything you need to make you and your crews experience in Moab complete! With new construction and clean spaces you'll feel comfortable in the convenient location.

The building is made of 4- Condos 5,000 sq ft of Convenient Accommodations in 1 building-
Inside the Inn there are four separate condos each approximately 1200 sq ft. and includes everything you'll need for your stay except the food. Full Kitchen, 60" TV's, plenty of comfort for your whole crew. All units are equipped with roll out sofa beds, WiFi, A/c and heat, big screen TVs, full kitchen setup for cooking, linens, towels, bedding, pillows, laundry pods and dryer sheets as well as shower essentials.

Arches Condo has 2 Private King Bedrooms (1 Master ) and 2 full bathrooms. The loft has 2 Comfortable Queen sized beds and the sofa pulls out into a bed. This condo comes with everything you'll need for a comfortable stay except the food! Both bedrooms have ROKU TV's and a 60" ROKU TV in the living area.
You'll have a private full size washer and dryer inside your condo.

This building is NON-Smoking and No Pets.

Deck/ Patio area-
Perfect for a quiet night of star gazing or resting after a day of fun. There are 2 Hot tubs available and cleaned all year, as well as 2 BBQ and 2 seating arrangements for entertaining. Quiet time is 10PM-6AM.

Outdoor Unpaid Parking- There is plenty of free street parking right around the Downtown Inn Moab. Just across the street is great trailer parking!

Trip to Arches

Great location!

Great for two couples, we could walk to shops and restaurants. Fully stocked kitchen and hot tub was a real plus after hiking.

Moab family vacation

We stayed at this wonderful property with our kids and parents. The entire property was very clean and spacious. Our boys stayed in the loft area…they had to crawl on hands and knees due to ceiling height there but no big deal. Amenities were great. We walked to the shops and restaurants on the main street there. Would stay here again!

LOVED it!!!

Absolutely loved this place!!! Clean, quiet, and perfect location. It was super spacious and comfortable for our group of 5. So many great restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Was our first time to Moab and we loved it and would definitely come back to this unit.

Love the place!

Me and my friends really enjoyed our stay here! Its a great location as its walking distance to many restaurants! We love the space, kitchen, washer and dryer, etc. The owner was also very responsive and have great communication.

Great location for great adventures

2 couples stayed 3 nights here. We enjoyed the location (2 blocks off Main Street where the restaurants are) and the accommodations. It was also just 15 minutes to Arches National Park. We enjoyed the 2 bathrooms and spacious, open kitchen/living area. We also enjoyed the hot tub! Overall a great time was had!

Great Spring Getaway

We where the first to stay in the place, what a treat. Functioned well for two Dad's with four boys. Plenty of room to spread out. Great location in town to walk to anything needed. Would defiantly use it again, and hope to next year.

Moab Rocks!!

We appreciated the little things at this property (paper towels, soap, plenty of TP and garbage bags, etc). Location was great and parking was easy. We were a little concerned about sharing the patio/hot tub area but knew this prior to booking; it turned out we didn’t see any other guests during our 3-night stay. It was a great way to start our Utah parks adventure!

Moab Vacation

This was the perfect place to stay in Moab! My husband and I stayed with another couple and were very pleased with this property. It is located just off Main St. in downtown Moab, but it did not feel "busy" at all--easy parking on a wide street with first-floor access to the condo. It was extremely easy to walk to restaurants and shops in town. The property was clean, very spacious, and has a modern feel with updated kitchen, bathrooms, and living area. No complaints at all! We were so happy that it was exactly as promised online. Would certainly stay there again!

Amazing experience

The house was perfect ! We had an amazing experience in Moab , the house is beautiful, clean and has everything you need to enjoy your trip. Including hot tub and a grill . All the bedrooms were very good and we could fit 9 people sleeping perfectly. The host was so friendly and helpful, very good in quick responses . The house has the best location ever , we were super happy to stay right in downtown and very close to the stores . Thank you so much Stefanie ! We loved so much !

Chill and Modern Warehouse Vibes in Downtown Moab

Very cool property, exactly as expected. Walk only a couple short blocks and you’re at Main Street in Moab for shops and eats! Modern, warehouse vibes - a nice open layout with cool loft space for teens. Plenty of extra space for our family of 4 to spread out! The kitchen space and bathrooms were awesome. Great climate control options in each space. The laundry was such a bonus for us too. Stephanie was great at checking in to make sure everything was good and how to reach her if needed!

Great Location

This was a perfect location to serve as home base on all our Moab adventures. The kitchen is well stocked, lots of space, comfortable beds, easy walk to many of the restaurants on Main. Would highly recommend this place!

Perfect for exploring Moab
