Best Deal in New Smyrna that sleeps up to 6. Huge 75' X 10' Shared Pool. If you don't want to rent a Extra LARGE RV & then pay the $50/nite camp ground fees!!! this is your deal. Its my personal 2007 40' Fleetwood Prowler Travel Trailer in great condition fully, equipped , stocked & set up on my New Smyrna Beach property in a quiet area only 3.5 miles from New Smyrna's World Famous, Drive on Beach. It’s approx. 460 sq ft with 1 queen 4 bunkbeds and a pull out couch & all the comforts of home. Everything is included, stocked kitchen, 2- Smart TV's , WIFI, Shared washer & dryer,. It has a Large 75’ X 10’ screened in pool/partial covered, refreshing pool, its slightly warmer then the seasonal NSB ocean temperature, which you have shared access to. along with the other current guests of the 3 other accommodations on property.
My place is 3.5 miles to beach, approx. 1 hr. to Disney World, Universal Studios or Kennedy Space Center. (Rocket launches are great from New Smyrna Beach) Also plenty of restaurants and dining, family-friendly activities, nightlife, and public transport. You’ll love my place because of the people, the outdoors space, and the light. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). Bring your bikes & ride to Main Street , Gym & Beach everyday. Note: There is a $90 per stay additional non refundable pet fee for up to 2- 50lb max dogs or cats. If you forgot pay this fee at time of booking VBRO will bill you upon arrival. Notice: Video surveillance cameras monitor outside of guest homes , pool & common areas, for your protection.

Great place

Came down for a fishing trip with my dad, the place was great and clean. Kim was super accommodating. Definitely will come back again if our next trip is in the area

Good and reasonably priced.

It worked out great for our family. There is a big backyard for kids to run and get their crazies out. The pool was too cold so we didnt get to use that but had a great overall stay

When we arrived the listing on Vrbo said 3 bedrooms and was only 2 but called the rental agent and they were there immediately and made things right by putting us in the house we had a great 10 days and will go back Highly recommended

Bike week 2023

Everything was exactly the way we thought it would be and even more. Kim the host was on top of everything and took care of anything we requested. We were also able to enjoy the pool as the weather was perfect. The washer and dryer in the garage was an added bonus. Definitely will stay again

Great vacation

When we got there kim met us and let us in early because we got there at 3:30. Kim was very nice. The kids love the pool. Every thing was so easy to get around staying there. Our rv was comfy the kids had their own beds hurray. No fighting with them

Beach getaway/ Cheer Nationals

What a great option to stay at for a beach location only 10 mins down the road! We had restaurants and grocery stores in walking distance! The pool was perfect after getting back from the beach or errands and you just wanted to relax. We will be booking next year for my nieces last year competing!! It was so perfect and affordable! Thank you so so much! The Parks sisters!

Was ok area was advertised, trailer was not very stable, when anyone moved around it shook

Trailer needs to be stabilized with blocks. A few large bugs but otherwise was good.

Sorry someone was playing with our stabilizer jacks. it has been resolved. We usually resolve any guest issues the same day when we are notified. Unfortunately this review is the first we heard about the issue. As far as bugs, they are almost impossible (In FL) to get rid of 100%. However we have completely fumigated the trailer & stepped up our pest control service (All organic chemicals) We are glad you enjoyed New Smyrna.

Quick trip to Florida

It was as advertised except listed 2 bedroom with 2 bath. There is only one bath. Another shower is available in another building.

It was exactly what we expected, they were so kind. The tv remote batteries went dead and someone brought some right over even though she was sick. (She left them outside so we didn’t have contact, so thoughtful)

1st timer

First time using VRBO. Got to the trailer and found bugs in the beds. We did get a full refund on the spot but we were left without accommodations during spring break. Wound up in a motel costing us more than double.

We have a professional monthly pest service that try's to keep all insects & bugs free from our guest homes. Unfortunately we found a few "Ghost Ants" (small almost invisible ants) on 1 bed (Not Bed Bugs). The dwelling was completely fumigated immediately & is free of all pests after we found out about this first time issue. We try our best- but it is Florida... Sorry for the inconvenience. Yes this place is a bargain in New Smyrna Thank you for booking..

Sunny Fla vacation

Great camper for my wife and I, very convenient to shopping and restaurants, Kayak fishing the mosquito lagoon, the beach. You can drive on the beach, if you want a more natural beach setting with no buildings and crowds. Head south to Apollo beach! Kim was awesome and was there anytime we needed her. The only thing that I did not like was the small toilet room, I’m a big guy!! LOL! Camper was very clean and well stoked!! We WILL be returning in the future!

Great place to stay

From the initial contact with the property owner to my final checkout it was a great experience. I never waited more than 5 minutes to get a response to a question or concern. Gene and Kim were incredibly nice and friendly. The property is in walking distance to Publix, Winn-Dixe, Big Lots, and Dollar Tree in one direction. And to historic Canal Street in the other direction. It is only a short drive to the beach where you can enjoy ocean. The neighborhood is quiet. The whole experience was wonderful mostly due to the kindness of Gene, Kim and Tim.

The listing should say microwave oven only for cooking.

Thanks Michael for the nice review, The stove/oven works great, however the propane tank valve was off , we were not notified it wasn't working sorry for the inconvenience.
