This 800 sq ft home 2 bedroom 1 bathroom was renewed in 2019.
With approx. 1.5 acres of property there is plenty of parking & sun bathing area.
It has a Large 75’ X 10’ screened in pool/partial covered, refreshing pool, its slightly warmer then the seasonal NSB ocean temperature, due to its insulated solar cover, which you have shared access to. along with the other current guests of the 4 other accommodations on property. Note: There is a $90 per stay additional non refundable pet fee for up to 2- 50lb max dogs or cats. If you forgot pay this fee at time of booking VBRO will bill you upon arrival.
My place is 3.5 miles to beach, approx. 1 hr to Disney World, Universal Studios or Kennedy Space Center. (Rocket launches are great from New Smyrna Beach) Also plenty of restaurants and dining, family-friendly activities, nightlife, and public transport. You’ll love my place because of the people, the outdoors space, and the light. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). Bring your bikes & ride to Main Street , Gym & Beach everyday.

Other things to note
There is a Winn Dixie about 3 blocks from home for convenient last minute needs & plenty of shopping within a mile. Post office, pharmacies & banks are just a few blocks away.
• BEST WATER IN NSB….This home has a small faucet on kitchen sink that provides Reverse Osmosis Water Purification: You will be Drinking the healthiest water on Earth. Reducing all water toxins up to 99.99% of Lead, Chlorine, Fluoride, Nitrates, Calcium, Arsenic, and more. Its equal or better than any commercial bottled water sold. The rest of the water is provided by New Smyrna Beach City water department & is also tested safe for drinking. Notice: Video surveillance cameras monitor outside of guest homes , pool & common areas, for your protection.

The home was cozy. The site manager was helpful and friendly, as were the neighbors. The property is pet-friendly and includes a washer and dryer, which was a valuable convenience.

My sister and dog had a wonderful time at the property. It was just as it was described in the listing. A well stocked kitchen with utensils and cookware, a comfortable sitting area/living room and 2 very comfortable bedrooms.What made it really enjoyable were the other guests that were staying in one of the other properties. Some of the nicest, sweetest people I have meet. I can forget the property manager, Kim who was always easy to reach and gave great suggestions for dining and places to live seeing how I just moved ba k to Florida. No only did she give me good places to look for housing but she also sent me leads on places to check out. I can tell Kim really cares about what she does because of the care she put into maintenance and upkeeping the properties. I would highly recommend this places to family and friends.

Convenient place

Very close to store food stores, gas stations, services like haircuts and dog grooming. Within a couple of miles of active pickleball courts and parks.

Great place to just sleep

The property is as advertised. It’s clean and has all the towels and sheets available. It’s well air conditioned and well lit. We only slept and showered for a family of 5 (with teenagers) and it worked for that purpose.

Family get-a-way

Cute little front house with a great pool and awesome outdoor space for the kids to run around. Convenient location for fun day trips with the kids. Host was great to interact with and extremely helpful for fun spots to visit.

My stay was great at this property. My friends and I had a great time, the property was clean, safe, and easy access to the beach as it was only about a 7 minute car ride. I would recommend others staying here :)

Cozy home, a few minutes away from toes-in-the-sand!

This was our first time staying at this property and it was exactly as listed. The home was cozy and suited our family well. It was the perfect distance from the beach to not feel like you were stuck in the touristy part of town, but not so far away that you couldn't be toes-in-the-sand in just a few minutes!

We were evacuated from the west coast to NSB with Hurricane Helene. We felt so at home and it was super comfy . The house was stocked with plenty of paper and cleaning products! You name it it was there.. super nice beds and plenty of room👍🤘🇺🇸

Great little house

We were there for biketober fest. Location gave us a nice ride to and from main street. And the neighborhood was quit and very very convenient to stores and shops. We will definitely try to book again soon

Close to everything in SMB

The apartment was very close to the sites in New Smyrna Beach. We biked from there to Canal St, beautiful Riverside Dr, and to South Beach. It’s just a couple of miles. The place had everything we needed to cook and relax. Kim even bought us a new charcoal grill so I could grill out. The apartment is cozy. I would recommend it. It’s worth what the owner is charging.

Rockville overnight

Property worked for my needs. Relativly close to the Daytona Speedway and Welcome to Rockville concert. Beds were comfortable and A/C was cold. Good no frills rental.
