Walk out of your bedroom door and refresh yourself in a large pool. This 1000 sq ft home was renewed in 2017. Its only 3.5 miles to beautiful New Smyrna Beach. Its only one of 2 beach's in the US were You can drive your car & park directly on the beach. (without 4 wheel drive)
With approx. 1.5 acres of property there is plenty of parking & sun bathing area.
Guest access
It has a Large 75' X 10' screened in pool/partial covered, refreshing pool, its slightly warmer then the seasonal NSB ocean temperature, which you have shared access to. along with the other current guests of the 4 other accommodations on property. Note: There is a $90 per stay additional non refundable pet fee for up to 2 - 50lb max dogs or cats. If you forgot pay this fee at time of booking VBRO will bill you upon arrival.
My place is 3.5 miles to beach, approx. 1 hr. to Disney World, Universal Studios or Kennedy Space Center. (Rocket launches are great from New Smyrna Beach) Also plenty of restaurants and dining, family-friendly activities, nightlife, and public transport. You’ll love my place because of the people, the outdoors space, and the light. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). Bring your bikes & ride to Main Street , Gym & Beach everyday.

There is a Winn Dixie about 3 blocks from home for convenient last minute needs & plenty of shopping within a mile. Post office, pharmacies & banks are just a few blocks away.

The rest of the water is provided by New Smyrna Beach City water department & is also tested safe for drinking. There is an extra $90 per stay for up to 2 pets.
