Walk out of your bedroom door and refresh yourself in a large pool. This 1000 sq ft home was renewed in 2017. Its only 3.5 miles to beautiful New Smyrna Beach. Its only one of 2 beach's in the US were You can drive your car & park directly on the beach. (without 4 wheel drive)
With approx. 1.5 acres of property there is plenty of parking & sun bathing area.
Guest access
It has a Large 75' X 10' screened in pool/partial covered, refreshing pool, its slightly warmer then the seasonal NSB ocean temperature, which you have shared access to. along with the other current guests of the 4 other accommodations on property. Note: There is a $90 per stay additional non refundable pet fee for up to 2 - 50lb max dogs or cats. If you forgot pay this fee at time of booking VBRO will bill you upon arrival.
My place is 3.5 miles to beach, approx. 1 hr. to Disney World, Universal Studios or Kennedy Space Center. (Rocket launches are great from New Smyrna Beach) Also plenty of restaurants and dining, family-friendly activities, nightlife, and public transport. You’ll love my place because of the people, the outdoors space, and the light. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). Bring your bikes & ride to Main Street , Gym & Beach everyday.

Its on a quiet street & neighborhood
There is a Winn Dixie about 3 blocks from home for convenient last minute needs & plenty of shopping within a mile. Post office, pharmacies & banks are just a few blocks away.
• BEST WATER IN NSB….This home has a small faucet on kitchen sink that provides Reverse Osmosis Water Purification: You will be Drinking the healthiest water on Earth. Reducing all water toxins up to 99.99% of Lead, Chlorine, Fluoride, Nitrates, Calcium, Arsenic, and more. Its equal or better than any commercial bottled water sold. The rest of the water is provided by New Smyrna Beach City water department & is also tested safe for drinking. There is an extra $90 per stay for up to 2 pets.

An absolutely wonderful place to stay! Very welcoming, clean and safe. Has everything one would need for extended stays, and then some. I enjoyed my stay here very much, and made some new friends as well. The owner and manager are good people and will do whatever they can to make your stay a good good experience.

Nice, quiet locations. The access to garage was the real attraction since drove my sports car and wanted a secure spot. The house was clean and sufficiently furnished.

Absolutely wonderful accommodations! The property is Well cared for, and has everything you need for long stays, and then some..The Manager Kim is amazing and does an outstanding job, she always makes herself available if you need anything. The manager and the owner are good people. And have a wonderful place here. Just book it and find out for yourself.

Perfect location to get to Daytona

Great instructions to get there and check in process was awesome. Older house so it had some smells but nothing that couldnt be overlooked. The pool was GREAT!

Comfortable and quiet

The rooms were clean and spacious. Bathrooms and kitchen were especially nice. There was a place to eat outdoors by the pool. We liked the quiet neighborhood. Overall, we had a pleasant stay.

Beach and Universal Orlando

Older home we’ll maintained. Teens loved the pool! The ability to have both the beach and the Universal Adventure within a reasonable distance of residence was “Great”! Host was available and responsive to all requests. Would happily stay here again.

Great weekend Getaway for me and my girls

Great peaceful experience besides motorcycle coming in at early hours in the morning unexpected. A bit sketchy with boarded up house next door. Kim was wonderful and I can’t wait to stay again

One week in New Smyrna

Came from Indiana for girls week and grandsons wedding. The house is a bit dated but nothing bad. Disappointed the solar was damaged by hurricane so pool was not heated. Kim, manager, was very friendly and helpful. Would probably rent again

New Smyrna

We came down for the Daytona 500. It was the perfect place for 4 of us. The only minor complaint is it either needs an outlet in the small bathroom or a mirror in the second bedroom. Like I said…minor. Other than that it was great! Kim was very nice and responded quickly to any questions.

Wonderful

Absolutely wonderful rental beautifully decorated amazing pool. Wonderful caretaker absolutely perfect. Kim was amazing very attentive very helpful with local attractions. This is the second time. I’ve stayed on this property and my family and I will be back time and time again the pool is amazing. The house is beautiful it is so spacious. We stayed with five people and had a blast, I will continue to go to this property. The beds are so comfortable. The kitchen is so spacious with the separate laundry as well. We only had to pack for a couple of days. The shopping is great in this area, so are the nature tours and the beach you’re so close, but yet out of the hubbub , I recommend this property to single families as well as anyone else. Looking to stay in the new Smyrna area.

Upon arrival I was extremely disappointed in the overall appearance of this unit . In font of the house that appears to be poorly added on top was an older camper within feet from our door along beside an old outbuilding in a not so nice neighborhood. I never even went inside I was so disappointed with the exterior and surroundings. I found a beach front condo larger than this unit through a local vacation rental agency that was the same price as this unit. The owner was kind enough to refund the cleaning fee and non usage of power.

Sorry this guest said he wanted to be in a beach front condo. It states in the description this property is 3.5 miles from the beach. The photos in the VBRO ad are exactly as this popular Pool House looks today. Not sure what "font of house appears to be poorly added" Means. All photos are on the VBRO ad. There is a modern large RV parked about 25' Away next to our newly painted lawn equipment shed. which is in good condition. As far as " not so nice neighborhood" There is virtually no crime in the quiet neighborhood. We have never had any Guest incidents for the last 15yrs. Unfortunately this guest didn't even checkout the inside of the house or pool. They were determined to be on the beach. Every one has there own opinions on everything. We tried to accommodate them with there issues but they already rented a beach condo. We gave them back cleaning fees, pet fee and a unused electrical fee to try to be fair since they didn't stay. All i can say is we cant please everyone and beware of what you are renting ahead of time. New renters look at all the reviews and make a good decision based on the majority not one or 2 that will never be happy. We try to offer a great value for the price you pay on VRBO. We wish our former (Almost) guests the best in there travels.

The pool was exceptionally clean and warm. The house was super clean and the property manager (KIM) was really easy to contact. The house was everything as advertised. This was my first Vrbo experience and can't wait to book again.

The property and location are as described and very comfortable. The owner and manager are what make this rental great. They accommodated our needs and we’re very supportive. We came away as friends.

Perfect for us :)

Great location ! This place was perfect for what we needed. We stayed over Thanksgiving and had a couple friends over. Kim was so nice and got an extra table and chairs for us. 8 minutes to the beach and grocery store right around the corner. If you get a chance eat at Norwoods Treehouse and Blackbeards. Kim also mentioned a French bakery but we never made it 😢. The place is low key and very comfortable.

Home away from home

This is our second year staying here. Highly recommended location. Close to the beach and also close to the stores and restaurants. Friendly staff, clean, quiet location and comfortable.
