Grand Panama Beach Resort Condo 2 Br 2 Ba Right across the street from the beach

From the moment you arrive at Grand Panama Tower 2, you will know why they call it "Grand Panama." It is one of the most beautiful, upscale properties on the beach. Drive right in and park in the parking garage, conveniently located in Tower 2, just across the street from the beach. Pick up your parking pass and wrist bands from the Grand Panama Association. All Grand Panama guests must register for Parking Pass(es). There is a $50 flat resort fee for guests when you register, which will include the guest registration, a parking pass for one vehicle and wristbands for the guests. The parking pass for a second vehicle is $30. Take the elevator up to the 13th floor, which is truly on 18, because the condos sit atop the five story parking garage. When you exit the elevator, take a moment to take in the view of the rooftop pool and deck and look out over the gulf and Panama City all the way to the bay. Your condo is a few steps from the elevator.

Step inside 2-1304 to your home for your stay. You will find a clean, tastefully decorated, 2 bedroom, 2 bath, welcoming place to relax, It will accommodate up to 8, with a queen sleeper and twin bunks in the hallway alcove. In the morning, enjoy sunrise, coffee by the cup or pot, and the spectacular view of the gulf from the balcony. If you like to work out, you will find the fitness room on the first floor of Tower 2. When you are ready for some fun, head out to the Tower 2 rooftop pool and hot tub spa or take a short walk across the skywalk to Tower 1 and the beachside pool, hot tub, and kiddie pool and the beach. I have several chairs and an umbrella for your use. Beach service is abailable March - October. While at the beach, you might want to rent a jet ski or ride the banana boat. If you want to do some fishing, the pier is within walking distance. Shopping, Pier Park, and activities such as Shipwreck Water Park, Rocket Lanes, Axe Throwing, Ripley's Believe it or Not, and St. Andrews State Park, to name a few, are a short distance away. There is also a general store on property in case you forgot your sunscreen. (And they have some cute clothes in the store, too). Coco Loco’s restaurant is located at Grand Panama. They serve coffee, donuts, pizza, wraps, and other short order items. They also have cocktails and mocktails.

For dinner, prepare your favorite meal in the fully equipped kitchen, use one of the poolside grills, or dine at one of the many restaurants located nearby. (As you prepare your meal, take a moment to look out the full length window - you will see miles of blue gulf all the way to the horizon). After dinner, you can head back to the beachside pool to enjoy the sunset, live entertainment in season, and a cocktail at the Tiki Bar. The Tiki Bar also has really good food. After you have settled back into the condo, step onto the 21' balcony for the spectacular nighttime view before falling into bed.
