The kitchen needs updating. Gasket on fridge is broken, microwave is rusting on the inside, and the stove burners are a crapshoot of temperature. It’s either on or off no in between. Everything else was wonderful.

The condo was in a great location in S. Nags Head. There was a small issue with check-in but it was settled quickly and the host was quick to respond. It was a wonderful girls trip. A little older and weathered condo but all salty dogs usually are. Next time I will bring some products like salt and pepper, tide pods and a hair dryer but the place was stocked well with dishes and utensils. Beds comfortable and space was just the right size. I do recommend the handle on sliding glass door be fixed to lessen the handprints on glass. Great time overall. Thank you. P.S. the proximity to the beach couldn't be any better and the view from balcony was very nice yet private.

Property needs a lot of updating, and, some tender loving care. Outdoor furniture needs a good cleaning and painting. Drawers in bedrooms either stick, so were very hard to open and close or so loose they fell out (and on to your feet or legs), which hurts! We were given 1 key for 3 adults and Host did not return my call when we got locked out so we spent a good part of the day outside in the heat with nowhere to go. Luckily, a staff member was there and I got him to let us in. The chain inside the toilet tank was corroded and broke and the only way to flush the toilet was to put your hand into the water in the tank and hold the chain so the tank would fill and flush. We were each given 1 towel and 1 washcloth.

Beautiful ocean view and when you wake up in the master bed. Direct access to the beach! AMAZING location!!! Luggage lift was wonderful elevator wasn’t missed nearly as much as I thought it would be. We will return!!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying here. It is located in the north side building, so the 6 condos in that building all have limited ocean views, except for this condo and probably 309. The pictures accurately depict the rooms and the views. If I am not on the beach, I am on the balcony. I enjoyed the balcony, and I found myself really enjoying this one because it's always shaded and comfortable, and you still can view the ocean and hear the ocean waves. There is no elevator and you do have to be able to walk the stairs. The beach is steps away. There are two pools , although we didn't use the smaller one-its great for families with smaller kiddos. You can walk to nearby amenities , like Sam and Omie's or to Jeannette Pier. I loved taking evening walks off the beach. The place is very comfortable and was equipped to meet our needs. We had a wonderful week and we enjoyed our stay. This property is clean, comfortable and a great value. Note of caution: the main building that is oceanfront ( units -03- 08) has an elevator, which was out of service (and looked like it's been that way for awhile). If you need elevator access, check carefully into renting any of the OF units before you pay for something you won't get. The two smaller buildings do not have elevators (which I knew when I rented and are clearly stated in the property amenities). All three buildings have a luggage lift, which is wonderful for getting belongings and groceries up to your location.

This condo has a great location and we've had great experiences with the complex and other guests. The condo had everything we needed and accurately matches the photos in the listing.

We were able to check in 30 minutes early which was nice being new to the area. The room was clean however there was a strong musty oder when walking in. There were two days worth of towels and wash clothes provided. There wasn’t a basic spatula/flipper for making eggs though. The ice maker was handy and in good working order. There were extra blankets and pillows which was nice on chilly nights. The ocean could be viewed from the balcony.

Great Location

Older unit, 2nd floor, no elevator but luggage caddy, quiet and good parking, no frills but solid accommodation.

Great family getaway

My family and I had a wonderful time. I highly recommend this place. The kids enjoyed the pool and the easy access to the beach. We will be booking this place again for next summer. The location is perfect.
