Relaxing and Peacefu

The unit is sold and comfortable-spacious and one beautiful sightline to the ocean from the main bedroom. Easy access to the beach, Jennette’s pier, Sam & Omie’s, and in the middle of all the good stuff the outer banks has to share. The owners are great and communication is easy. Enjoy your stay!

Beach Vacation

We've previously vacationed at this property, but this was our first time at this condo. Everything went great for our stay and the room had everything we needed. As others have mentioned, the proximity to the beach is unbeatable.

Great place

The listing was very accurate. Unit was clean on arrival. Check-in/Check out was easy and owner was very responsive to my questions prior to arrival. This was our first trip to OBX and this location was nice. Quiet, far enough away from everything but close enough to convenience stores and Jeanette's pier. It's also only about a two minute walk to the beach. We had a great time and there was plenty of room for family of 4 with adult children.

Perfect spot for our family trip

The property was great. Walked right out to the beach, two pools (the smaller was great for my tiny swimmers, and they loved the pirate ship playground. Location was great too between the piers. Highly recommend.

Just right!

This place was clean and comfortable. There was more to do than I thought there would be. It was in a great area and the beach wasn't crowded or trashed. I would definitely stay there again!

Very comfterable on the beech an decently priced.

Property owner recommended a restaurant Wich was amazing. Other commenters complaining about furniture an stuff that problem has truly been fixed. Had a great time. Wen we come back I will check if this place is avalible. Property owner even texted to have a safe trip home upon checkout

Amazing!

Pictures don't do the condo justice. It was very clean and nice! It has been updated since the pictures were taken. There wasn't any mold like others had mentioned. It had a dehumidifier and stayed very comfortable in there. The location was very good and not far from stores, and some things were within walking distance. There was great communication with the owner, and none of us had any complaints about this condo. We would definitely stay here again!

We texted Steve about an extra key and fridge not working. He never got back to us. Inside was clean but outside could use a paint job. Had to go out and buy more laundry detergent,toilet paper and garbage bags. For the price you pay these amenities could have been provided. Will look for another place next year

Nice location however needs improvements

Things you need to know. Yes 2nd floor but yes 3 flights of stairs, luggage lift helps but slow as molasses. Property needs updating couches newer but that’s it! Bathrooms clean but really old. Washer and dryer in unit but drier takes 120 minutes to dry the average load maybe 20 minutes longer. Nice location but needs table on balcony throw out the old broken chairs (plastic ones they are cracked don’t want anyone sitting on them!) newer chairs on balcony ok but even they are wiggly. Renter has to empty dehumidifier daily and I might add listen to it continuously in the middle of living room. It was clean but hard to appreciate with such old and worn out cupboards cabinets flooring and such. Rusty vents rusty door knobs, bedroom balcony door not functional, main room patio door no outdoor handle you have to push on glass to get back in, obviously broken for very long time. Things like these could be easily fixed! Obvious water spots on ceilings in master and main bath Could be easily fixed, paints cheap! Balcony siding is full of rusty nail heads no other balcony around looked this bad. Just wash off balcony Green mildew. Bedding comforters had stains how about replace? 4 bathroom towels for entire unit. Overall probably won’t be back to this unit but did love location.

Relaxing stay in the OBX

Everything was exactly as described. The beach was easily accessible and very clean. We used one of the pools and it was clean as well. All in all we enjoyed our stay and it was nice to be able to walk 2 blocks to the Catholic Church on Sunday.

Outer Banks Condo

Nice Beach Side location, roomy 2 BR condo with all housekeeping appliances, supplies, dishes, etc. Unit bathrooms and kitchen are a little 'dated, but clean. Exterior porch needs a good cleaning, pressure washing and painting, mold on railings and floor, rusty nails showing thru painted clap board. Porch furniture with broken seat slats. Walkway to beach is in rough shape, wood rails just about falling apart.

Nags head stay perfect

Enjoyed the property. It was perfect. On one note. There was not a pull out couch/bed in the living room as stated. We did not need it but for only one person and the regular sofa worked fine.
