Summary:
Vacation simplified. Enjoy making memories with your loved ones at this first floor (technically second, as there is pull-under parking) completely renovated, oceanfront condo with well-maintained, in-building elevator, two-bedrooms, and two baths.
Take in the breathtaking oceanfront views, enjoy magnificent sunrises, and watch dolphins playing in the surf all while having your morning coffee on your spacious, 24' x 6' direct oceanfront balcony. The master bath was renovated in 2019 to include a spacious, walk-in shower. An in-suite washer and dryer, well-equipped kitchen, one king size bed, one queen size bed, one twin size bed, two 41'+ flat-screen TVs, one 37' flat-screen tv, cable & WiFi, and beautiful deck furniture round out the features that will make this condo a stylish, inviting and comfortable home away from home. Linens are also provided (bath and bedding) by an independent vendor. Beds will be made when you arrive!
The property offers direct beach access, two outdoor pools (closed in off-season), outdoor grills in the common area, and a children’s play space - all available for your enjoyment.
PLEASE NOTE – while there is an elevator located in our building, it is NOT an amenity that we guarantee. It is regularly serviced and actively maintained but it is subject to wear and tear, a harsh coastal environment, and potential mechanical and electrical issues at any time. For safety purposes, all guests must be able to navigate multiple flights of stairs. If you choose to proceed with the booking, please understand that no refunds will be given based on the availability of the elevator. It is an amenity of the HOA and is completely out of the owner’s personal control.

Sorry, no pets or smoking in unit. We have a 30-day cancellation policy - refunds will only be issued if cancellation is submitted in writing to the property manager outside of 30 days from check-in date.

Our family enjoyed our stay at Sweet Southern Pearl! The host was extremely communicative, check in and check out were a breeze, and the place was spotless and comfortable. The view of the beach was gorgeous and my son loved that one of the pools was right outside of our door! We will definitely be back.

The condo was located right on the beach with an amazing view. It is in a great location with easy access to everything. We enjoy the Outer Banks vibe. There were a few issues and after contacting owner, problems solved. It was a great trip! We hope to be return in the future.

Everything in the condo was wonderful. Very clean and very welcoming. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were very clean. We have stayed here several times and will continue to come down and stay in the future.

We had a wonderful stay. The furniture was comfortable, the views beautiful. We loved the close ocean views. We also appreciated the great shade and curtains on fhe secondary bedroom. It made for a great, dark, sleeping environment.

Everything was great, this is our favorite unit at Pier View. The view was wonderful, unit is clean and nicely renovated. We will be back again!

Great place to stay
This is a great place to stay the location is great and the it’s was very clean and welcoming. The communication with the host and caretakers was great! Would definitely recommend staying here.

Wonderful location
This was a wonderful little condo! Right on the beach with convenient entrance to the beach. We had just about everything we needed for a one week stay. We would definitely pick this place again for a future trip!

Great location, well-kept, clean
We had a great stay here. The place was very clean and had easy beach access. The views were great. I don't have a single complaint about this!

We would highly recommend staying here. The host kept us updated and we had no issues. The view is amazing. Couch is super comfortable and clean. Unit is updated and the cleanest I have ever stayed in!! I never would have guessed based on the age of the complex how great this place would be.
