Beach front condo at the Croatan Surf Club! Centrally located on the OBX in Kill Devil Hills. The beach is only steps away, Indoor pool and hot tub open year round and outdoor pool & hot tub OPEN 4/15/26 - 10/15/26, Outside balcony with small ocean view. Free parking for 3 cars.

Our condo isn’t directly facing the ocean but has a side view from the balconies. There’s a pullout couch if needed.

This is a 2 story 1500sqft condo with 2 bed rooms (2 king beds) and 3 full bathrooms. The bedrooms are down stairs & the upstairs is the living space with a full kitchen & living room. Cable TV, WIFI, linens, towels, & washer/dryer are included. Outdoor grills available.

What’s provided:
- 1 roll of toilet paper for each bathroom
- 1 roll of paper towels
- bath towels and hand cloths
- sheets for beds
- dishwashing pods
- 4 beach chairs and an umbrella
- 4 beach towels
- Pack-N-Play available if needed.

What to bring:
- coffee (either ground or Keurig cups)
- washing machine detergent

We were very pleased with our trip to the Outer Banks. It was the first time going in September, usually go in early August. Weather was much more pleasant. The condo was great, beds were comfortable, kitchen was well stocked, everything was very clean. Pools and hot tubs were nice. Beach access was right outside the outdoor pool area and it was convenient having nice beach chairs, umbrella and towels right there. Under condo parking was great especially the one day that it rained while we were there. We are already thinking about staying there again next year

This property was absolutely amazing! Completely gorgeous!! Perfectly clean. Check in couldn’t have been easier. The proximity to the beach couldn’t have been better! Everything was just amazing!

Our condo is ocean front with views from the balcony. You are only steps away from the beach and the condos amenities are incredible. You can enjoy the outdoor pool and hot tub while hearing the ocean waves and just over the dunes you can be on the beach. There is also a indoor pool and hot tub for the off season.
