Beach front condo at the Croatan Surf Club! Centrally located on the OBX in Kill Devil Hills. The beach is only steps away from your room, outdoor pool & hot tub OPEN 4/15/25 - 10/31/25, indoor pool & hot tub open year round, fitness center, outside balcony w/view of the ocean, & ocean front gazebo w/ patio furniture. Free parking for 2 cars.

Our condo isn’t directly facing the ocean but has a side view from the balconies. There’s a pullout couch if needed.

This is a 2 story 1500sqft condo with 2 bed rooms (2 king beds) and 3 full bathrooms. The bedrooms are down stairs & the upstairs is the living space with a full kitchen & living room. Cable TV, WIFI, linens, towels, & washer/dryer are included.

What’s provided:
- 1 roll of toilet paper for each bathroom
- 1 roll of paper towels
- bath towels and hand cloths
- sheets for beds
- dishwashing pods
- 2 beach chairs and a umbrella
- 3 beach towels

What to bring:
- coffee (either ground or Keurig cups)
- washing machine detergent

Great condo!

We really enjoyed our stay here after christmas. The condo is in the perfect location! Very clean, easily accessible, great parking, indoor and outdoor pool and easy beach access.

Exploring the Outer Banks

Two couples together for some rest & time together exploring the Outer Banks. Location is very accessible to the beach, restaurants, & shopping. Pool & hot tub adjacent to the beach are a nice amenity. Unit is comfortable & relatively quiet. We enjoyed our time here!

Girls trip

This condo was perfect for our weekend girls trip! We truly enjoyed our time in Kitty Hawk. The condo is in pristine condition and was very clean at our arrival! Easy beach access, indoor and outdoor pool were great! Easy parking and close to everything. Owner is quick to respond and wonderful to work with! We would definitely book again!

Great location. Having the option of beach and/or pool - super convenient and awesome. The indoor pool was also a benefit when it rained. We would definitely return to this condo.

Our three day stay at Croatan Surf Club

The host was great and super easy to work with. The room was in nice and clean condition. We were not in the room much and only used the master bedroom, spare bathroom, and kitchen. We didn't use the living room, upstairs bathroom, and spare bedroom. The only minor things are the TVs are dated and very small, the elevator wasn't working that was closest to where the room was located and it was a long walk with our luggage and coolers from the other elevator. This unit was located on the 3rd floor and more difficult to carry heavy items up the stairs to the room. The location is great and the pool area is very nice. We left about 40 minutes early before checkout time and messaged the host as requested. We left a tip for the cleaning person.

Relaxing

I have been going to the beach for many years . I have stayed at different resorts and condos. After staying at this particular one I have decided I don’t want to stay anywhere else. I absolutely loved this condo. It was clean, cozy and laid back.

Had a great time. Property and unit are well designed and clean. Roomy and comfortable. Close to Weight Bros Memorial and the rest of the local attractions. Would definitely stay here again!

Winter getaway

Great place with plenty of room for two couples. Furnished well and clean. I like that the bedrooms are on a separate level with each it's own bathroom. Owner responded quickly to any questions. Easy check in. We would definitely stay here again

Spacious, clean, well-appointed condo

Enjoyed our stay in this nicely-decorated, clean comfortable condo. There was more than enough space for 2 couples and we loved the bedroom being on a separate level. Bedrooms were big and both have balconies and en-suite bathrooms. Kitchen had everything we needed and it was just a short walk to the pools and beach. We would definitely stay here again!

Our condo is ocean front with views from the balcony. You are only steps away from the beach and the condos amenities are incredible. You can enjoy the outdoor pool and hot tub while hearing the ocean waves and just over the dunes you can be on the beach. There is also a indoor pool and hot tub for the off season.
