Nice location Nice unit

I will start with the pros for Pier View 107. The condo unit was very comfortable and enjoyable to stay in for the week. The king bed in the master bedroom also was very comfortable. Bathrooms were fine. The shower in the master bathroom was good with a decent flow. It was however a little difficult to access the shower due to the very high sides to get over to get into it. Overall nice place with a great location! Cons unfortunately, there were a couple. The sliding door to the veranda from the living area was basically unusable. It really needs to be repaired or replaced. We had to use the bedroom sliding door to go out on the veranda. The Kitchen sink had a leak which we found out about half way through the week when we did some dishes after a dinner meal. ( only used dishwasher once the night before we left) we ate out most nights.contacted property manager about it because we did have water not only under the sink but it came out on the floor as well. In addition whoever cleaned didn’t do much cleaning under the sink as there was torn paper all over within the cabinet area. Lastly didn’t appreciate that there were dishes in the dishwasher that we had to put away the day we got there. All in all we had a good time and enjoyed the stay regardless of the few cons we encountered.

Unbeatable!

We stayed at this condo last year, and again this year, it's still perfect! This seven day rental can not be beat! The pictures don't do it justice, and honestly, the location can not be beat!! We hope you'll fit us in again next year.

Views are unmatched!

Agree with other reviewers - the views make this place even better! Balcony space is great, comfortable chairs and table. Perfect views of the beach. Walking distance to the beach was also a major plus, you could be in your chair on the sand in under 2 minutes. Beds were comfortable as well. We are considering staying here again next year! Bathroom tubs and fixtures need an update and living room door to the balcony is very hard to open but these weren’t enough to take away from the overall stay. Owner communicated very well with me before the trip and we had an issue on arrival with getting the code and he was extremely responsive.

Outer banks fun

Looks like the pictures, good for 2 couples or a family. Close to stores, restaurants and it was right on the beach. Got a quick response for any questions we had.

Nags head experience

Great location, view and overall facility. A little worn but adequate for our needs. Location is 15 minutes from a lot of things. We had no issues with property other than elevator not working which we were warned about.

Nags Head

Travis (owner) was super responsive and wonderful to deal with- went directly through him due to lack of info from VRBO (not his fault). Condo location was perfect, especially for getting to/from the beach quickly with little kids. Will absolutely stay here again and highly recommend!

Family Beach Vacation 2024

Great location with access to beach, pier, swimming pool and local attractions. Property owner was excellent with answering question. Fun beach decor and full kitchen with everything needed to cook our meals.

Centrally located beachfront condo

We had an amazing week at Travis’s condo. The location of the condo can’t be beat! We were able to explore all of the Outer Banks easily. The view from the balcony windows is incredible!

OBX 2024

The condo was perfect. Located on 1st floor was an easy walk up the stairs or you can take the elevator if you need to. Location was close to our favorite dining, shopping and family fun places. The beach is right outside and easy to get to and it was an easy walk to Jeanette's Pier. Will hopefully be staying here many more times. Thanks Travis

Can't Be Beat!

We loved so much about this condo. The feeling you get when you step inside - light, airy, beachy. Clean and updated for our family of four. The spectacular beach just steps away and the quiet pools in the complex. We have stayed at oceanfront properties at Hilton Head, Sanibel, and 30A in Florida. And I want to return here, to this condo. The location is quiet and very little traffic for OBX. We ventured north to see the wild horses (loved our tour!) but traffic was bumper to bumper and while quaint, it felt stifling. This location and condo were perfect for a fun-filled yet relaxing vacation.

Beautiful views

We truly enjoyed our stay and the property. The view from the balcony is amazing. Waking up each morning to beautiful sunrises over the ocean is a dream. The location is perfect, it’s an easy drive to restaurants, shopping and the grocery store.

A peaceful stay with beautiful views.

The property was everything it was advertised to be. My family enjoyed being able to relax in such a well-equipped place as we explored the OBX. The views from the balcony were amazing and the ease of walking out to the beach was incredible.

Beautiful location

Overall condo was very nice. A few things needed improved. The patio door to the porch from living room needs attention. A chair was broke on patio. The main bathroom needs a grab bar with the deep tub and the shower curtain had mold. At no fault of the owner the elevator was not working when we arrived. Hard for oldsters to drag suitcases up stairs. Thought maintenance person would help but we never saw him.

We first stumbled across this gem of a place in 2018. From our very first visit, we were blown away by the location! Everyone was so welcoming, and we quickly made lifelong friends. We have happily returned to Pier View every year since, and when we found the opportunity to become "family," we were thrilled! This is a magical place for us, and we hope our visitors have the same wonderful experience.
