Lovely 3 Bedroom Oceanside Cottage With No Street To Cross.
Fully renovated with new kitchen including cabinets and granite countertops, new floors throughout, updated bathrooms, furniture and paint. 3 bedroom 1 1/2 bath sleeps 7. This cottage is 3rd row just steps from the beach with no road to cross. Community swimming pool access with Playground for the children. Families have been returning year after year to enjoy this cottage. With a Peek a boo Ocean View from the outdoor deck. Beautifully appointed Family Cottage with screened in porch. Fully furnished, new appliances, does not include linens or towels. Plenty of room for your family.
Washer and dryer inside the house.
Our Cottage is a quite place for you and your family enjoy the beach and all its surroundings wild life. Pretty views, beach walks, beach fishing, great surf, wild animals... Kids really love this home. We have a community pool and a small playground.
Absolutely no pets or smoking in the cottage.
Cancellation Policies: If someone cancel the reservation and the house is re-rented, a $100 fee will be applied and you will be refunded the difference. If the house is not re-rented, a full payment will have to be made. Thank you.

This is our first VRBO experience and we were very happy. The location at a quieter beach gave our kids plenty of space to spread out on the shore. The steps to the beach were short with no stairs to climb up and down while wheeling kid toys to and from the beach. We plan to be back.

It was very clean and nicely decorated. I liked working in the kitchen. Good appliances. Beds were comfortable. Great water presure.However, there was not enough room for the advertised seven people. Not enough storage for hanging clothes. The A/C filter had at least a half inch of dust over the surface. Was not cooling well. We took it out and cleaned it and reinstalledUnit cut in and out like it should. Main bathroom towel rod had fallen on floor. We repaired no biggie. Shower head needs replacing shoots water to floor. Shower downstairs door had fallen off when we arrived was inside Shower. Close to pool and beach.

This is our 3rd year staying here. I love the ease of access to the beach and to shops/food in town. The pool area is great, too. It's nice with 2 little ones to not have to cross the road to get to the beach.

this is our second year staying at this house we have stayed in other houses in this location. Great location, great access to beach and has a pool.

Amazing place to stay, would recommend
We came up during the off-season (Master's Week in Augusta) and had an amazing time. It is far enough from everything that you're not surrounded by tourists, but also you can get to Nag's Head in 5-7 minutes. Everything is clean and it made for a great home away from home for the week. I would absolutely stay there again, especially for the price.

Perfect location
The location is so close to the beach that you can't go wrong. The house could use a little TLC but it's worth the sacrifice for the proximity to the beach. A wonderful time for family

Summer 2025
This was our 3rd year at this cottage, however we have stayed in Geri's Place for over 15 years. We love being able to walk to the beach and being close to the pool.

Great Stay, can’t wait to go back!!
The rental property was very clean and well-maintained, with a kitchen that had everything we needed. The location could not have been better, just steps away from the beach. The owners were incredibly responsive and easy to communicate with throughout our stay, making for a truly enjoyable experience.
