Overall…I enjoyed my stay! Plenty of kitchen items available. A lot of restaurants and Pier Park within walking distance. Right on the beach, private balcony with an amazing beach view!

The views were great. Room was exactly as pictured and perfect for a family of 4. My teens slept on the couches every night and said they slept great. Kitchen had what we needed to cook breakfast each day. Bed pillows could use an upgrade and would help tremendously to a good nights sleep. The shower makes a loud squeaking noise the whole time it’s running but still does the job. Just kinda annoying to listen to. Even the views from the front of pier park were beautiful ant night. Overall I would stay here again for the price, convenience and views.

Great time in Panama City, Florida

Fantastic stay, great property, right on the ocean, it’s our second time staying at this property, centrally located, but has his own autonomy!

Super nice place to stay. Love the resort. The pools were perfect. The only thing that needs upgraded is the mattress. If that had been better, you couldn’t find a nicer room!

Perfect location! Walking distance to Pier Park and a Walmart less than a mile away for all the things you forget to pack. We never had to wait long for an elevator and the beach was beautiful. Well stocked condo for basic meal prep. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Getaway

Our condominium was great, had wonderful views of the gulf, and was close enough to walk to Pier Park, the Pier, and several breakfast spots and restaurants.

Great condo!

The condo was great! Confortable, clean, equipped and in a great location. The balcony view was awesome, walking distance to Pier 58 and right in the beach. Parking very convenient, easy access to all amenities and facilities. Quick checking and great communication with the staff. Will definitely be back! Great stay!

Great place

It was great! Good for families. The gate to get in parking was a pain, it would never scan on the phone. After we had it printed it worked good. Great walking distance to lots of things.

Calypso is a great building, but we know that the parking access could work better. We share that feedback with the building management. But you come back and see us. Calypso 1203 will be waiting for you.

For the money you pay, not enough entertainment at resort. It's cheaper to cruise and get it all.

No problem with renting, condo was nice. But entertainment at resort wasn't.

2024 vacation

Great place to stay very nice and clean. Only complaint is dryer doesn’t work very well. Takes a long time to dry clothes.

Needs some attention

We enjoyed our stay property over all was clean. However i felt the condo could have been cleaner i understand sand is everywhere. I swept before we got settled in it was horrible. The washer & dryer needs up dating as well as the appliances the stove top had a huge crack in the top.

Great location! Terrible beds!

Pros-The location is great, just down from Pier Park. So many places within walking distance. The view from the balcony was great. The property was clean. Early check in was fantastic. Cons- the beds are the absolute worst beds we have ever had to sleep on. The master bed felt like a small blanket had been wrapped around plywood. The bed made terrible noises when getting in and out. Enough to disturb your partners sleep. So strange that it did not have any creature comforts like coffee filters, salt, pepper, dryer sheets, no extra toilet paper, or garbage bags. The rusty dryer vent cut my wife’s finger deep when she was cleaning it out. We were in town for Jeep Jam and the beds really were so bad it interfered with our stay because we were all so sore in the mornings. First time ever I was ready to check out and go home. It’s so unfortunate that a better mattress or even a mattress topper could of earned them a 5 star review. My son is only 19 and he said the bunk beds were also terrible. He took Tylenol and each day for his achy back.

Great condo but uncomfortable bed

We enjoyed our stay at PCB. Condo was great with the exception of the hard bed. We still really enjoyed our stay but I chose to sleep on the comfy sofa rather than the bed. I’m guessing it was missing a topper that was taken off thanks to COVID. Also could use a pizza pan or cookie sheet in the kitchen. Otherwise everything was excellent!!
