You are only a few steps from the Louvre, the Place Vendôme or the Palais des Tuileries and their magnificent gardens, La Conciergerie, the Sainte Chapelle, the Beaubourg Center, the boutiques of the Halles and the Saint Eustache Church, the bourgeois Saint Germain Of the Pres.

This is a self check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check-in anytime of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 EUR smoking fee, at minimum.
