The Tuscan Cottage is a beautiful little cottage sitting on 40 scenic Texas Hill Country acres. The Tuscan Cottage has everything a modern traveler desires; all the modern conveniences and amenities coupled with the awe-inspiring Texas Hill Country setting. Enjoy the tranquil bliss and the panoramic views while you sit on one of your private porches; watching the white-tailed deer, sipping wine, or soaking in the hot tub.

The cottage boasts a King-size bed, leather couch, oversized recliner, fireplace and a full kitchen for your convenience. There is a BBQ grill if you want to have a cook-out and a picnic table with benches. Come and enjoy the Tuscan Cottage or any of the other great properties at Appian Way.

Great experience

We enjoyed our stay! It was close enough to town to do all the fun stuff in Fredericksburg but also far enough away to feel like a secluded getaway.

Anniversary getaway

Perfect place to relax away from noisy towns. Not too far out to go shopping or eating out. We especially enjoyed the hot tub, but you might want to check the steps as it is falling apart and pieces stick to your feet and track into the tub. We would love to stay again sometime.

Weekend getaway

We just wanted a quick getaway and this was a great off the beaten path place to stay but with a quick drive to downtown Fredericksburg. We had a wonderful time

Great location and privacy! Cabin amenities were perfect for a 4-night stay. Deer and wildlife every day. Great hot tub! Will definitely be back!

All the amenities were very nice. Very private and quiet location. Only amenity the stay lacked was a fire pit. Would recommend and stay again.

Perfect

Cozy cabin located just outside of town. Secluded with privacy. Very quiet, peaceful, lots of deer to watch. Comfortable accommodations, hot tub was very nice after long day in town.

Relaxing and peaceful

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was just as described, very clean, which I love! We saw deer everyday out our front door, that was a treat. We golfed everyday and went shopping several times. Lots of good places to eat! The Sunset Grill for breakfast was good, Rathskeller Bistro for lunch and Granite House was excellent for dinner. The cabin we stayed in was secluded and quiet. We would definitely recommend staying here! We plan on coming back in the spring!

Peaceful cottage in nature

My husband and I really enjoyed the cottage! There were deer and lots of birds right outside of our front porch. We loved having coffee in the rocking chairs and listening to the sounds of nature around us. There is also a bar & grill nearby that have live music on the weekend and was a short drive away.
