This was a really nice stay. The guesthouse was cozy, really clean, and in a very quiet neighborhood. I liked that we were minutes from Main St. and could get to places fast. I appreciated the communication from our host, as they sent really clear instructions on how to check in, what the rules were, and the check-out process. They were also incredibly responsive whenever we reached out. The hot tub worked great and was a great way to unwind. Overall we had a great time. Thanks!

There was a small frig but no ice. Also, I’ve never stayed at a vrbo that asked me to hand wash my dishes. What’s the cleaning service’s job.

The property is only advertised as having a mini fridge, and we do not advertise an ice maker as an amenity. As for the dishes, we simply ask guests to wash any dirty or used dishes before checkout. This helps ensure the kitchen is ready for the next guest and is a fairly common checkout request we ask of our guests. Our housekeeping team handles all other cleaning responsibilities, including washing used linens and towels, making beds, sanitizing and deep cleaning the bathroom and kitchen, vacuuming and mopping floors, dusting surfaces, restocking supplies, and preparing the guesthouse for the next arrival. We appreciate your feedback and hope this helps clarify our checkout procedures.

We had such a wonderful weekend stay! The place was cozy, spotless, and in a perfect location, just a short drive to both Luckenbach and downtown Fredericksburg. It was the ideal spot to relax after exploring the area. The hot tub was a highlight and made the evenings extra relaxing. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-located getaway in Fredericksburg!
