We loved this private little romantic getaway spot in a quiet and well-kept neighborhood. So many little details made our stay perfect, from fresh flowers and handwritten card when we entered, to recommendations on nearby eateries. The room was very comfortable and the bathroom was stunning, with all the amenities. We were a short drive from popular areas like Gruene, where we enjoyed a day out, then returned to swim in the private pool. Great for couples looking for a weekend retreat!

Very comfortable bed. A bit odd to wash dishes in bathroom - so we got paper plates and plastic ware. Very convenient is to many places. The hot tub was awesome! Amanda was very responsive and quick in responding to needs while we were there.

100% recommend this place if you are looking for a quiet romantic getaway. It’s very nice and the hot tub and pool are very convenient if you don’t want to make the drive to a lake or river. Has everything you need and it was still very private for us to relax! I would come back again

Hey Jose glad you loved the place! Sorry about the yard. The rain is making things grow like crazy and our yard guy only comes once every two weeks. And you guys stayed on the second week so it was getting high. My apologies! Thank you again for choosing Woodlake Getaway! Y'all are welcome back anytime!
