Great host

Check in was a breeze. Property is very secure. Had a small issue with the A/C but communicated with the property host and repairs were made immediately. Great vacation with my family.

Fabulous view!

Our family of six loved our stay in the sugar suite! The views were amazing and the convience and amenities were just what our active family was looking for. The beds were very comfy and the condo was stocked with all we needed. Wished there were some beach supplies but stores were very convenient to go grab towels and chairs. Thanks for a great stay- we would come again!

No Disappointments!!!

This was a great stay with my family!! We are a large group and there was PLENTY of sleep space!!! The View from the balcony was Spectacular even saw dolphins one morning! 10/10 Highly Recommend!!!

Family Beach Trip

The accommodations were lovely. More than enough space. Everything we needed for a comfortable stay was provided and the view was amazing. We highly recommend this property. The easy access to the beach was a plus and my family cooked out on the large grills conveniently located on the property, while enjoying the pool. We also liked the fact that we had access to the other properties affiliated with our unit.

Unbeatable

Absolutely PERFECT. I went alone but the place was HUGE enough for at least 6-8 comfortably! Modern and elegant with an unbeatable view. NOTHING was too far of a drive or Uber ride away! Will 100000% stay again! The owner was MORE than accommodating and quick to respond. LOVED IT!!!

Beach vacay 2024

Overall a very nice property. Only a few hickups. Batteries for the remote needed replacing and we expected a Kuerig for our morning caffeine fix, wasn’t available so we regrouped. The washer and dryer are very old and did not function very well. None of which spoiled out time. The water was great and the company even better.

Beautiful condo with a great view

Great condo. Nice and spacious. Loved having the front balcony to view the water but having the back balcony was key when the front was really windy. My kids loved being able to use the different pools for Phoenix I - IV. Note that towels and hair dryer are included. Appreciated having access to the broom and vacuum since we track in a lot of sand. Also, thank you for providing enough toilet paper for a few days.

Beyond words!

Seriously! The pictures don’t do this place justice. The condo was beautiful and spacious and we never felt like we were living on top of one another. We had access to everything. Parking was always available, and the ocean views were amazing!!!! I don’t think there was ever a day we didn’t end with sitting on the balcony just taking it all in. We will definitely be back!

We enjoyed our stay! The view from the top level was amazing! The layout was a little different then what we were used to but the furniture was all in wonderful shape and well taken care of!

Absolutely terrific property

The reviews are accurate. This is an outstanding property - amazing views and location. It's very well-appointed, and welcoming - little notes and labels on switches - so many details thought of. Well stocked, bright clean and spacious. We felt like home immediately. Secure parking, easy access, and a very short walk to a beautiful beach. If and when returning to the area, we absolutely want to stay here at the Sugar Suite again. Outstanding!

Beautiful condo with an amazing view

This property was great and met all of our needs and more. The condo was recently renovated and is very clean. It had plenty of space for my family of six to spread out or hangout as a family in the common areas. The view is spectacular!

Room for the Whole Family!!!

We really enjoyed the place and the view was great. There were lots of updates that really made the feel modern. It was close to good places to eat some great Oysters and Seafood. The other facilities at the condo were clean and well kept. We will definitely be coming back for another stay at Rod's "Sugar Suite".

We started Heirship LLC in memory of Rodman and Barbara Tripp. We wanted to build a legacy based on their love for family and their belief that working hard pays off. Because they worked hard their whole life, we were able to start a business for our children, their children, and their children’s children.

The Phoenix IV, Unit 4151, is the first property purchased for Heirship LLC. This is a special condominium for our family. We put a lot of love and hard work into the condominium, so you and your family will have a comfortable and luxurious stay.
