Enjoy the comfort of this condo located on ground level with a great view of the 2nd green of Oyster Bay Golf Links.

The condo is pet friendly (small dogs under 35 lbs) with a non-refundable pet fee per pet and up to 2 dogs allowed. The floor plan features adjoining dining/kitchen and living areas with two large sets of sliding glass doors and large windows to enjoy a scenic view of the golf course and property grounds. The kitchen is fully-equipped and the dining area has a table for four with a raised bar offering additional seating for four. An outdoor patio accessible from the living room area is the perfect spot to enjoy relaxing after a day on the beach or the golf course. Watch golfers test their putting skills on the green and observe the native coastal wildlife. The condo has wireless Internet and three televisions (streaming service only using your own accounts/Guest Mode) with a DVD player in the living room for entertainment value. There are two bedrooms and two full baths. The master bedroom is equipped with 2 Queen beds and the master bath has a walk-in shower. The front bedroom also has 2 Queen beds and private bath with tub/shower enclosure. The front bedroom has a private screened porch area with sliding glass door access. The condo has central heat & air along with a large ceiling fan in the central area for comfort in every season. A front laundry room has a full-sized washer and dryer available for guest use. The community grounds have an outdoor pool, charcoal grills and tennis courts with basketball goal on site. Complimentary linens, towels and departure cleaning service are provided for every rental. Sunset Beach is only a 3-mile drive away and is an unspoiled barrier island with soft sand and breathtaking sunrises and sunsets. Reserve this condo for the perfect golf and beach getaway!

Looking for Property near the Beach

Well located, close to everything we needed, to look for real estate in the area. Condo was great. Everything worked, as advertised, and very quiet a night. We will stay here again, when the need arises.

Oyster Bay Golf Links - Quiet with

The property at Oyster Bay Golf Links is in a lovely location and close to conveniences like grocery stores, the beach, and dining. The ground floor unit was perfect for us and our small dogs, with easy access to walking areas, the pool, and the lakes on the property. The unit is furnished nicely and is great for two people or two couples. My one recommendation would be to remove the carpet in the living area. It is old, looks worn, is stained, and takes away from the general appearance. With LVP throughout, the unit would look much better without this eyesore.

Big, well furnished condo

I was surprised how big the condo was! More than enough space for family of 4! Kitchen dishes and cookware well stocked and many family games to enjoy. Nice quiet community—6 minute drive to beach, over the bridge and 6 minute drive to Calabash for all the restaurants you could want!

Not happy!!

It wasn’t very clean, there was still garbage left under the beds and sofa. Not very comfortable beds and no dish clothes or kitchen towels. Would not stay again.

Close to Sunset, large place

Our family enjoyed the space, the proximity to shops and Sunset Beach, and pet accommodations. The Staff members were lovely and helpful always 🤗

Comfortable Condo

This unit is exceptionally clean. Very comfortable. Nicely decorated. TV's in bedrooms and all lights are labeled which was a plus. Kitchen stocked with all you need. My only complaint is that there is damage to the screen on the slider, and the landscaping right outside the patio area needs attention. Its washed out. It's a five minute drive to the beach and restaurants. I would definitely stay again.

Nice floor plan, great location

Found this little jewel when planning a last minute trip. It was close to many things including the Green Swamp preserve and a museum and planetarium. The little drive to Sunset Beach was well worth it. Was happy I could bring my four legged companions with me.

A Few Things to Be Aware Of....

Overall the condo was decorated very modern and was cute. The bathrooms yes, are very dated but the kitchen was more modern. Bedrooms were nice as well, mattresses in master were very firm but hey that happens in many places. It was so nice to be on ground floor. I will say the reviews about the cleaning and the insects are true. They aren't roaches however, they are water bugs since it is near a pond, but there were some dead in living room and bathrooms which if it was truly cleaned before we arrived, they wouldn't have been there dead. So that bothered me. The other thing is that, like others, the management company tried to change our check out to 9am which is insane! I pointed out my contract said 10am and that it will be that time. They agreed to it but said they couldn't confirm I could check in at the agreed upon time of 4pm it could be 5pm. That is insane, I was paying for literally an evening. They said I would be notified when it was ready. So I went at 5:00pm to get the pool key and the management firm said that it had already been cleaned for "awhile". I could have checked in an hour sooner and I told them I wasn't ever told. I know that staff is scarce with vendors but at least be sure to tell people they can check in at the time on the contract.
