Overall a good trip! We enjoyed eating on the deck right next to the water. Only suggestion would be curtains on the bedroom window since it is right next to a main entrance and the lights can shine into the room.

overall, good to very good experience. location is excellent. close to everthing, but not in congested area at all. lots of wildlife in the area.

Clean,comfortable and such an amazing location! Really enjoyed watching the Elk,Marmot,Hummingbirds, Magpies,Swallows and all the rest of critters from the porch. Amazing!!!

The back porch was such a highlight, being right on the creek. We hung with all the hummingbirds every morning! The place was clean and comfortable, very modest. The Jacuzzi never got warm, but we didn't rent it for that. This place is super close to the park entrance but out of the business of downtown Estes.

This place was a dream! The little river just steps down from your balcony made everything fade in comparison. We loved it. The place is a little dated but quiet, safe, and peaceful. The address takes you to Fawn Valley Inn and you have to take the private drive for Fawn valley chalets to get to this unit. And there is no laundry on site for this unit. Everything else was as described or better! We had a wonderful 3 night stay and thrilled at the sight of a few bull elk that we saw two times. Thank you for everything! We’d love to stay here again.

Location of view off of back porch are excellent. However, The amenities are cheap, one ply, toilet paper, they only gave us four towels and three wash rags for a five day stay with two people. There’s only one television, no fans. It was a little warm in August. A coffee maker that barely works and one sharp knife in the kitchen. Toiletries are like what you’d find in a motel 6.If you stay there, try to get an upstairs unit. You could hear every step people in the unit above us took so you couldn’t really go to sleep until they did and you had to wake up when they did.

River stay

Was a very nice place to stay for a weekend, a block outside of Main Street estes and only a 10 minute drive to the park!

Great stay

Very nice place. We loved being minutes away from the National Park. One recommendation is to add curtains in the bedroom. It is pretty bright at night.

Great location and views. Bed was uncomfortable and squeaky. The light outside the bedroom window was bright and room was not very dark for sleep.
