This is a good spot to land for a couple. We stayed two nights and found the property to be pretty clean and a good size for us. The property could use a couple of upgrades (couch, tv’s, etc) but suited our needs.

Very adequate accommodations. Outside of Estes which was quiet, but close enough to get into town within 10 minutes. Everything you need in a one bedroom, second bathroom is a plus. If the condo above is rented, noise bleeds through. Could use some upgraded TV's with better streaming capabilities. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

This place was clean, cost effective, and the views were incredible. We really had zero complaints. The power went out while we visited and their maintenance team was super quick to arrive, kind and resolved the matter fast. We will definitely stay here again during our next adventure.

Just would of been nice to have had upper unit. But nice just the same! Having to have air on blew directly onyou while on couch!! Again nice! The area is outstanding!

We enjoyed our stays it was nice to have two bathrooms. We seat outside and watch the elk and deer.The condo was very nice. Would highly recommend it.

Nice condo, perfect for a couple- clean, fun location, beautiful mountain view, close to Estes Park & RMNP. Couple of small complaints: No A/C in the bedroom-only a ceiling fan, comfortable mattress but cheap-wobbly bed frame. Also, there was lots of noise from the Condo above this one. Enjoyed our stay though, would recommend to others,

Very helpful, I had the wrong arrival date, and they were very accommodating. Answered all questions I had in a timely manner. Condo was very clean and cute. Bed was very comfortable. Estes Park is a 5–10-minute drive. Great place. Would recommend.

Excellent location, walkable to Mary’s Lake with great views of the mountains. Drive just a few minutes and you’re in town. Condo was super clean and came equipped with everything we needed.

We absolutely loved staying here. Close to RMNP and we spent 2 days there. Great eating establishments in Estes. Condo was clean and comfortable, home away from home and we would use again anytime we can. The view from the patio was so peaceful. Thank you for a great experience!Lori Jones

Great Get-Away

We greatly enjoyed our stay during our weekend get-away. The home was clean and well-stocked. The view from the porch was wonderful and the entire complex was very quiet. Perfect place for a long, relaxing weekend!

Great place...quiet escape just outside Estes

We enjoyed our stay. Located in a quiet neighborhood just outside Estes. Property matched description and images well. It was very clean, comfy bed, and adequate kitchen. Our only complaint is its a lower level unit so we heard the people up stairs moving around a lot.

Little Matterhorn

We enjoyed our stay at Little Matterhorn. It is perfect for 2 people. We saw a huge herd of elk right in the field across from the cabin. We enjoyed our time in Rocky Mountain National Park.

Loved this cute little condo! Great views and property had everything we needed! Close to the pool, however we were too busy to use it. There are a few steps going to condo, so if you dont do steps well they have other properties.

Hiking at RMNP

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Little Matterhorn 17A. The place was so clean. The view from the front patio was stunning! The place was only 5 minutes from the Rocky Mountain National park where we were hiking. I highly recommend this place!
