Clean, comfortable and well maintained place. Good location not far from Estes Park and RMNP. It would have been appreciated if shampoo was provided. Otherwise, no complaints and would stay again when visiting RMNP.

Exceptional stay! Condo was very clean, well-stocked with items needed for our stay, and quiet. The location was perfect for our visit to RMNP and other activities in the area. Would definitely stay here again!

Liked the property. There were a few more steps than I gathered from the listing. Not a big deal but we had a lot of gear to pack in and out. Bonus on our way down the driveway wr encountered a huge herd of elk

This was the perfect location, the perfect and most beautiful view, and the perfect size for my husband and I. We had every we needed. Checking in and out was super easy. The bed was comfortable. The linens were heavenly and I appreciate that so much. Pillows were excellent as well. I’m picky about that stuff because I want to sleep well when I am away so I can have the energy to enjoy my trip. We thoroughly enjoyed our week in Estes Park. Thank you so much.

Overall okay place to stay at we didn’t do much there other than shower and sleep. We did see bugs called “common earwigs” at the rental to which the owner said were not harmful nor dirty. Sleeping with bugs is always dirty to me, which is why I would probably not return. To each their own! Also, advertised as a lake view and we could not see the lake from our porch. Otherwise it worked for a short stay.

Hi Scott, We take all guest comments seriously, but we must clarify the facts of your stay. Regarding the photo sent after your departure, the single insect pictured was an earwig, not a cockroach. When we apologized and identified the insect, your irritated response was unwarranted; at no point did anyone suggest you should tolerate pests. Our properties undergo strict, regular pest control management. Furthermore, this condo was thoroughly inspected both immediately before your arrival and directly after your departure. Not a single insect was found inside the unit. We always encourage guests to notify us immediately during their stay so we can address concerns in real time, rather than waiting until after checkout. We stand by the cleanliness of our property, which consistently receives excellent reviews for both its upkeep and its lovely views.

We mostly just used the property to sleep so worked well for our needs. If planning on spending extended time at the property we would have needed something bigger for our family of 4. The entrance passcode didn’t reach us for some reason but we called the host and they responded and provided it immediately.One minor complaint is the fireplace is on a timer and that timer is kind of noisy. Overall the property was clean and had all the necessities! We would stay again for the same type of trip.

Breathtaking views outside. While the condo can sleep 4, it was cramped and definitely more ideal for 2 people. If the pull out couch is being used, its very difficult to get in and outside of the condo. There was only 1 blanket for the pull out couch with the set of sheets. The hook outside the bathroom isnt really useable, as you place a towel on one side the hook flies up on the other side and the towel falls off. The pool and hottub ran by the HOA were a huge disappointment. The sides of the pool and hottub were crumbling off and need some major TLC. The firepit wasnt useable and there were several broken chairs. Pros: Easy access to RMNP and downtown Estes with spectacular views.

Chelsea, we are happy you loved the views and the location! Our listing mentions that this home is 458 square feet. So yes, it is quite small and one of our smallest condos. That being said it is ideal for a couple or for two people with two small children. We do not recommend it for 4 adults. We try to make everyone aware up front that is a 1 bedroom condo. We do provide sheets, pillows and a blanket for the pullout out couch. However, we do offer a 24/7 phone number that guests can call if someone needs an additional blanket,. We are happy to bring over anything you need! Throughout our listings we mention that the public amenities (such as the swimming pool) are not managed by SkyRun and do not always live up to our standards. That being said, we receive lots of nice reviews that people enjoy those amenities.

Very nice, cozy accommodations! Only about 5 minutes to shopping and restaurants downtown. LOTS of Elk about in the surrounding neighborhoods also!

Very quiet community and close access to downtown Estes Park and the National Park. We took advantage of the front deck. The bed and bedding were very comfortable and we had all the kitchen appliances and equipment to make some meals in home.

The property was clean and close to everything. Just a short drive to Mary’s Lake. We made use of the heated pool every day, which wasn’t overly crowded.
