View was outstanding. Front deck was perfect and the lower patio table was great to enjoy drinks and friends.House was neat and clean and in a great location, close to St.Augustine but far enough away for no noise, just the ocean.

Excellent!

Stayed here with a group of friends and it was phenomenal. The house has EVERYTHING you need and the location is superb. Would definitely rent again.

Family Vacation

It was great house was great beach was great very few people on beach location great many places to eat close by and close to beautiful St. Augustine close by with many things to do.

This house fit our needs perfectly. We had enough room for 11 of us. We had some issues getting into the property and one of the showers wasn’t working properly. But all in all, we had a wonderful stay. The location is perfect, beach access is perfect and house is very large and has all the necessities.

Spacious Ponte Vedra Family Vacation Home

We had a large family Beach Week at this home and had a wonderful time. The home is spacious and completely stocked with everything you need. The kitchen appliances were top notch and the ice machine was great to have with the summer heat. We would recommend this home to others and we hope to book again next year.

Great Holiday

Our family of 11 stayed in this beautiful house for Christmas. It was perfect! So clean, plenty of space, and great kitchen for cooking. We loved the fire pit and the incredible beach views. We were close to St. Augustine for outings and restaurants. We highly recommend this property.

Perfect Retreat spot doe our VIP Community

I do Christian women’s beach retreats, and this was our second time in Ponte Vedra Beach for our annual retreat. This place was the perfect set up for us. We loved it and loved the cleanliness and coziness of the beach house. I would recommend adding some salad bowls:-) we were grateful for this place and will most likely be back again

Be vacation ever

Everything was fantastic!! The backyard was right on the beach and very few people on the beach; couldn’t have asked for anything better! The house was very, very nice. The elevator came in handy for my wife who’s using a cane. Plenty of comfortable beds for everyone and enough bathrooms to accommodate us all. Separate air conditioning on each floor! Jacuzzi in the master with the window was very nice. Many beautiful views of the ocean throughout the house. Best vacation ever!

Family

Overall our stay was great . Unfortunately there was minimal to no hot water . The outside shower was rusted up so, you could not turn it on to get sand of prior to coming into the house. They listed a hot tub as an amenities but there was no hot tub. The master bedrooms had doors leading out to decks but, they where are silicone shut. Beach access was great . The stairs leading up into the house are scary , we did have 2 people fall. . Also left a pair of sunglasses, and now have no way to get ahold of anybody to get them
