Nestled in the charming Hope Gardens Neighborhood, our location offers easy access to North Gulch, City View, Germantown, Nashville's Farmers Market, and Marathon Music Works. Close enough to downtown to feel the pulse, yet tucked away on a peaceful residential street. Enjoy Frankie Pierce Park, less than half a mile away, featuring a fun playground and dog park. Within a mile, you'll find an array of dining and bar options, including local favorites like Geist for brunch, Mother Ruin for cocktails, and Central BBQ. And this is just the beginning—ask us for more recommendations!
Getting Around:
The home is less than a mile from Germantown, Sound Stadium, the Nashville Farmers Market, The North Gulch, and Marathon Music Works. Plus, it's just a short drive or rideshare to all that Nashville has to offer.
