• Beautifully remodeled with new furniture

• Dedicated HVAC unit
* Unit shares walls with the main house. You will most likely hear other guests through the walls.

Access is from the rear of the building. You will need to walk down the driveway to enter the main entry for the apartment.

Entire house minus the maid closet and the attached separate apartment.
Rear courtyard, front porch, etc. Driveway parking is for the main house only.

We will provide check-in instructions prior to check in. The house operates on combination door code - so there is no key exchange (or to lose!).
We set the space up where you should have everything you need. Our goal is to stay out of your way until you need us. We are always available if you need us via AirBNB messenger or phone.

Walk to Napoleon, Freret or St Charles!

Walk, bike, Uber, walk to street car and ride, etc.

21 minimum age for primary renter.

Get place, great location

The apartment was very clean, and cozy The location near The Feret is ideal if one is looking to be away from the French Quarter and enjoy the other parts of NOLA. If the French Quarter is your bag, then walk 10 minutes south to the St. CHARLES street car and enjoy the ride.

Cute place, paper thin walls

This property was very cute and convenient. I did overall enjoy the stay in the apartment, but my sleep schedule was entirely dependent on my neighbors (who were renting the property next door). The apartment itself was clean, well decorated, and had everything I needed (BYOSoap though!). I was glad I could eat, sleep, and get ready there. I was able to iron my clothes, shower, and prepare my own food. That was great! And it’s only a few minutes from downtown, and 10-15 minutes from the French quarter. It was almost a great landing pad. However- The walls were paper thin, and there is a door that led from the apartment I stayed in to their rental. I could hear EVERYTHING coming from the other side of the wall. They weren’t even particularly loud people; but the sound travelled so much that they sounded like they were in the same room as me. I could hear every conversation, clear as day, and even when they were doing the dishes. I was glad to have headphones and earplugs but it was definitely off putting, and I wish I had known this before hand. I don’t think I’d stay at this property again, just because of that. It is unfortunate because the apartment was so cute.

Cute unit.

The unit has a unique layout. Enter the kitchen then to the bedroom. Unit is advertised - washer/dryer/TV/etc. I was pleased with the access and security. Decent neighborhood near Oshner Babtist Hospital and a short walk(5 blocks) to a grocery store - Rouse's on Freret. Management are very responsive and helpful if needed. I had an issue with the entrance code midway through my stay and they responded within less than an hour. Turned out I had pressed the wrong button - oops. Coffee is a Keurig.

Great stay for large group

We rented the main house along with the attached apartment for a group trip of 10 adults. The apartment was a perfect addition for us all to have space to sleep and added a 3rd bathroom! All instructions for check in and check out were clear and the place was spotless! We also loved the location, the neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. Would highly recommend staying here!

Convenient, clean, communicative owner

Conveniently located and a short walk lots of restaurants and grocery make this small one bedroom perfect for a single or couple.
