Perfect for a single or couple for an extended stay! Couldn’t ask for a better location. Well stocked apartment. All the amenities you would need. Extra safe with locking gate. Off street parking. Well lit. A.

Great apartment and neighborhood

Perfect for two people, bed is super comfortable, convenient location. We had a super early arrival and the hosts let us check in early which was very appreciated.

Excellent stay

Great location, 5 minutes walk from streetcar and bus. Property as described. Owner friendly and communicative. Would not hesitate to recommend or stay at again.

Very convenient and practical

We came to town to visit our daughter in college. The size of the apartment was perfect and the apartment itself very comfortable. Location and parking were convenient.

Mother’s Day visit

Pleasant Stay

Our stay at the Garden District Gem 3 was pleasant. Communication with host was great, they accommodated for a late check-in making sure to leave lights on and ensuring that I would be able to gain access to property. Ammenities were as listed and described. Would definitely stay again at this property.

Great for Mardi Gras

Exactly as described. Great location just off St. Charles. Parking was a bonus. We were super comfortable. Owners were welcoming. Apt was fully furnished.

We loved our stay at The Garden District Gem!It was exactly as described and shown in the pictures. It was very clean, the shower had hot water and good water pressure. The off street parking was nice as was proximity to the street car on St. Charles Avenue.Brandon was a great, attentive host and check in and out was very easy. There were even shopping bags and umbrellas provided for use.I would not hesitate to recommend it or stay there again.

We felt safe and the proximity to the streetcar and hop on hop off stops are super convienent. Bed was comfy, place was clean and well stocked. The washer and dryer are included but not in the unit just as a heads up, but they provide more than enough towels for duration of the stay. The neighborhood is quiet, except one night there was jazz being played in the street a block away but they only played for about 45 minutes and not late and it was really pretty neat.

Garden District area - a great place to stay!

All was as indicated in the online posting. Kitchen was great for making a few meals...loved the ice maker in the fridge. Didn't use the washer and dryer but nice to have in case we needed it. Good water pressure in shower...found a bath mat for bottom of tub after a couple of days...appreciated that as tub was quite slippery. Queen bed was very comfortable...supply of linens was great. We enjoyed our stay very much...area had many restaurants to choose from, a few grocery stores and having the tram/trolley only a block away on St Charles was so handy. Would recommend...thanks for having us Brandon and Larissa.

Fantastic location!

We had a great time staying in the location of this unit. We felt safe day and night. Easy to walk to restaurants and bars. The streetcar is less then a block away and very easy to use. Brandon the host was responsive and very welcoming! Unit was a perfect size for two adults and comfy with everything we needed. Will stay again!
