Located in a serene area south of Moab. 15 minutes away from Arches National Park. The Moab golf course is right off the back patio. Beautiful Expansive views with a seasonal pool available. Come stay after mountain biking, hiking, jeeping, climbing, river-running, or just general sightseeing! This is a very affordable option for those who hope to explore the Moab area on a budget. Book a stay!

Great place to stay!!

Only thing that could be improved is for the owner to have more than 2 wash cloths. Other than that, it was fabulous!!!!

A Great Experience!

Real nice unit in a quiet neighborhood. Very well equipped & comfortable. Just steps from the community pool. We will definitely stay there again when we’re in Moab!

Clean 2 BDRM

We had a very good stay. Following is a mix of comments in no particular order: 1) Absolutely immaculate indoor cleaning job made us feel comfortable about cleanliness the whole stay. 2) We slept in the king bedroom, and although there are blinds, there is no way to block out the light in the early morning. Drapes would help. 3) Back patio: There were so many weeds on the back patio that attracted numerous bugs, so we were unable to sit outside and use the patio.

Unit was great but poor communication by owner

The unit was nice, clean and we enjoyed our stay. The location is excellent, as it sits south of the city and the views are nice. We didn't use the pool but it close by and parking was ample. The main issue we had was communicating with the property management company. We had a minor billing issue and we couldn't get a hold of anyone as we left voicemails, sent texts to the number that the voicemail message said to reach. We were sent numerous canned emails but if we tried to respond we didn't get any response. We got one text response that was just a new link to update our card, otherwise everything else was autogenerated. Luckily we didn't have any other issues! Hopefully this miscommunication can be addressed for future guests as the property otherwise is a great place to stay in Moab!

It is wonderful to hear that you enjoyed your stay! As far as any automated messages - most of the payment receipt, deposit receipt, check-in, check-out and "how's your stay" messages are automated because there is a lot of information that is provided to the guest and it is very important that the guest receives all that information in a timely manner. It looks like there were some payment issues and unfortunately due to security we cannot take personal information over the phone. Thank you for staying with us and for your feedback as far as communication.

Moab

The rental process for this property was excellent. The customer service we received from Preston was timely and very professional. This rental was the perfect size for family. We definitely will come back again hoping to rent the same place.

Great place to stay

This was a great rental for us while we visited Arches, Canyonlands and Dead Horse! It would have been nice to have a fan in both bedrooms. We don’t like to have the air on so low but like the air circulating. Otherwise- loved it!!

Work Trip home away from home

This location in the golf course community is so great. Quiet, comfortable and a treat in Moab. Look forward to renting again.

Great Spring Break

Excellent communication with the host before and during the stay. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The view from the back patio is amazing. It was a great location in a quiet neighborhood.
