Just steps away from the beautiful sands of PCB! Breathtaking views from this 14th floor condo at the Summit!

This condominium is located on the beautiful beaches of the Gulf of Mexico in Panama City Beach, Florida. It is at The Summit on Thomas Drive. You will find yourself within walking distance of restaurants, amusement parks, golf courses, and more. Grills are provided on site if you enjoy cooking out. There is also a TIKI bar in the pool area which is close to the beach so you can get a cool drink any time without leaving the property. A bar and grill called Bikini Bobs is onsite for food

The Summit has two large pools for guests as well as both indoor and outdoor hot tubs! An exercise room is located on the ground floor near the lobby for guests as well!

The master bedroom in this beautiful unit has a king size size bed and a large flat screen tv. It has access to a private bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

The hallway has 2 twin size bunk beds, both with their own flatscreen TV's! There is also a second bathroom with access from the hallway.

The oceanfront living room has a QUEEN size sleeper sofa, a large flat screen tv and access to the oceanfront balcony.

The kitchen comes fully stocked with everything needed to cook a great meal!

Full size washer and dryer in unit.

Private balcony is the perfect height for breathtaking views of the Gulf!

Disappointed

We were not able to enjoy our five week stay because of an emergency medical issue with my husband. We were not refunded any of our money which was very disappointing since I saved all year for the trip. We offered the condo to our son and daughter in law the final week. They enjoyed their stay.

Great place to stay

we will certainly come back and stay at summit. The hidden bar by the hot tub has great inexpensive drinks and food. The staff there is amazing. Only disappointed was the pool closing at 730 to 8 every night but certainly not a deal breaker.

Amazing stay!

This condo was perfect for my family! AMAZING view of the gulf! Fully stocked kitchen and washer and dryer worked amazing! Looking forward to staying here again next year! Host is very nice as well. The resort it self was amazing as well! Tiki bar, pools, etc!

This condo was perfect. It was decorated so nicely. The elevators weren’t an issue like most places. We will be staying here again.

Great condo! Nice view of the beach.

It was nice staying in this condo good location. The only downside was the elevators weren’t working sometimes! Great experience though.

Absolutely the best vacation!

Our room was wonderfully located for the most amazing views. It was clean and quiet. Our only problem was that we were led to believe we were supposed to have 2 beach chairs and an umbrella for our use, but the day we tried to use them we were informed that they had not been paid for and if we wanted to use them it would cost us $40 per day. We stayed by the 2 pools and 2 hot tubs instead of the beach and had a blast. Would most defiantly stay again.

Great Location to Stay at!

My fiancé and I thoroughly enjoyed staying here. The room was really nice. The bed was very comfortable. The view from the balcony was beautiful. The check in process was super easy, we asked to check in early and they ensured it was clean and ready to go at the soonest available time. The Summit was a cool place to stay at in general. They had different activities each night we stayed, they had a karaoke night, movie night on a jumbo screen & a DJ. It was very entertaining. The bar was also a huge bonus, they made good drinks for a decent price. We were in a great location as well, close to all our favorite restaurants and mini golf. I would highly recommend this place. We will definitely be staying here again!

July 4th week

We did like the condo itself, but the size of the complex and only 3 elevators was not the best, especially being on the 14th floor. It was also across the street from a strip club, which maybe made for the more less than desirable crowd there? The 2 pools were so full, it looked like a cruise ship pool, but being the 4th of July week, made for an extra busy time. Also upon check in the shower drain was not cleaned out so water would'nt drain. Overall the condo itself was good, the overall complex not so much.

Very disappointed

The condo was very dirty sand in the beds floor and tub/shower were filthy the AC wasn’t working upon arrival..we could not get our host to answer our calls or messages we had to call VRBO directly and they did act immediately but at this point it was already Sunday evening..we were moved to a different location and once it was fixed we were made to move back…we lost two evenings of our trip having to move and move back…VRBO customer service was very helpful but our host Jonathan still has not answered back..the lady at the front desk even tried to call for us with no answer..ECDI has been awful…they were the ones that had us moving back and forth and only offered $150 for our lost time when we clearly paid thousands to be there…Kristine is the one I was communicating with and once I informed her we had moved back to the original condo she hasn’t responded back to me…Ive emailed three different times about some sort of reimbursement that she offered but once we moved back to the summit she stopped responding and nothing has been given as any type of reimbursement…we love PCB and have never had this kind of problem but the AC clearly wasn’t working before we ever got there and it took a day and half before they attempted to do anything and that was only because we contacted VRBO directly..very very disappointed and we will never stay there again nor will we use VRBO/ECDI for our rental..I’m not taking a chance on getting a host like that again..

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Place was clean but electrical outlets were not secure in the wall. Lock on door didn't work alot of the time. We were unable to get in the hot tub several nights. Sign said it closed at 10:00p but when it was working it closed at 8:00p

Great Vacation Condo

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were very impressed with this condo! It was very nice, clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked, we wished they would have provided dishwashing soap and maybe a few other cleaning supplies. We wished the pool would have been warmer, especially in April. The hot tub was nice!! All in all, we would definitely come back! Great beach, great location!

Beautiful Condo but Needs A Good Cleaning

The condo is beautiful and nicely decorated but it is VERY dirty. The floors need a real cleaning, not just a light mopping. There are piles of dust and dirt under all of the bedroom furniture and living room furniture. The air vents need cleaning and the walls around them need cleaning. When we arrived at the condo we found that the only thing that had been cleaned from the previous occupants were the beds. The sheets had been changed but there were no blankets. There was dust everywhere and the floors were dirty and sandy. We could not walk around the condo without our shoes on because it was so nasty. We also could not get the TV in the living room to work. I called the property manager and she said that someone would be there soon with blankets. We would have to wait until the next day for housekeeping to come and clean the condo. A gentleman brought us brand new blankets and checked the TV. He found that parts of the Roku were missing. He promised to bring a new one the next day. Housekeeping came the next day and cleaned the condo. It was much better but it was not a deep clean. Unfortunately, the next day a mouse was in our trash. I called management again and they sent someone over later in the day to take care of the mouse. Fortunately it was in the empty trash can and could not get out. The refrigerator ice maker was not working and the sliding patio doors would hardly open. The management had the doors fixed but they never came back to fix the ice maker. The rest of our vacation went very well. The weather was great and the ocean was calm and beautiful. If you are planning to do any cooking, bring your own mixing bowls, knives, and cookware. The pots and pans that are there are awful. Be sure to also bring extra garbage bags, toilet paper, and paper towels. They only supply one garbage bag, one paper towel, and two rolls of toilet paper for one week. We are not sure if we will ever rent a condo from Emerald Coast Destinations again. They managed to fix everything but the ice maker but the condo should not have needed all of these repairs if they had had it deep cleaned and inspected it before renting it out.

Great condo

We have stayed at the summit six years and this was the nicest condo we have had. The only negative is that the dryer barely works so we had to pay for laundry at the complex machines. Although this is very inconvenient, it wasn’t the end of the world. We would definitely stay here again.

Loved the condo. Just the right size for us!

Summit 1406 was in a pretty good location. We had a great time and enjoyed our stay. The only thing is if you are going to cook not a big selection of supplies.

This was an okay condo overall.

We had problems with almost everything electronic, the Roku didn’t work in master bedroom, we had issues with the TV in the living room, the dishwasher kept blowing a fuse so it only worked once, the washer/dryer combo is HORRIBLE don’t even try it, you’ll be upset. Lol the location was amazing and the bed in the master room was comfortable. The view from the balcony was nice. The maintenance men were nice as well

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The building and rental was very clean. We loved the decor and set up of our rental and can’t bear the price! On the beach and views were gorgeous . The only thing we didn’t like was the washer/dryer, when cycles were all finished everything was still damp so we had to hang stuff over patio chairs to get completely dry. My friend used the laundry room in building which was fine but very outdated .

Overall nice place

Place was nice and clean. Only complaint was washer and dryer was all 1 unit and couldn't get it to dry had to use friends room to do laundry. Also had several issues with elevators.
