***BEAUTIFULLY CRAFTED ONE OF A KIND UNIT AT THE SUMMIT***

Just steps away from the beautiful sands of PCB! Breathtaking views from this 14th floor condo at the Summit!

This condominium is located on the beautiful beaches of the Gulf of Mexico in Panama City Beach, Florida. It is at The Summit on Thomas Drive. You will find yourself within walking distance of restaurants, amusement parks, golf courses, and more. Grills are provided on site if you enjoy cooking out. There is also a TIKI bar in the pool area which is close to the beach so you can get a cool drink any time without leaving the property. A bar and grill called Bikini Bobs is onsite for food

The Summit has two large pools for guests as well as both indoor and outdoor hot tubs! An exercise room is located on the ground floor near the lobby for guests as well!

The master bedroom in this beautiful unit has a king size size bed and a large flat screen tv. It has access to a private bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

The hallway has 2 twin size bunk beds, both with their own flatscreen TV's! There is also a second bathroom with access from the hallway.

The oceanfront living room has a QUEEN size sleeper sofa, a large flat screen tv and access to the oceanfront balcony.

The kitchen comes fully stocked with everything needed to cook a great meal!

Full size washer and dryer in unit.

Private balcony is the perfect height for breathtaking views of the Gulf!

We have been staying at the summit for over 30 years. The last few years the units we rented had not renovated. This unit was renovated and the very nice.

We loved our stay. Loved the view every morning and evening sitting on the patio. Communication was excellent and loved the property .. Would highly recommend !!

We stayed a week and were very pleased with location, amenities of the property, and the view!! Condo was clean, comfortable and had all the kitchen equipment we needed. Condo was nice, needs some painting as there were many cracked paint spots and water stains on ceiling. TV at each bunk bed was throughly enjoyed by the kids! Beds were extremely comfortable. Wish the condo chairs and umbrella were included. Had to go buy umbrella for the hot enjoyable beach. 50-30/day is a bit much. Hated to leave!!

We spent 8 days in this unit. Upon arrival and getting settled in we noticed the unit wasn't as clean as it should be, the bottom of our feet were black from walking barefoot in the condo. Then Monday came and construction started on the floor above us at 7:30am, sounded like a jackhammer coming thru the ceiling, we were unable to even have a conversation or hear the tv. This went on all week until about 5pm. After complaining we were told nothing could be done. Also, while the ad didn't say anything about beach service, the email that was received prior to check in said it included beach service with 2 chairs & umbrella so I didn't pack our beach tent- not the case and when I ask about it the response was "it's an old email being used". Security is extreme - no guests so my son and wife who live in PCB had to be added as staying with us and a purchase of a 2nd parking pass was required of 27 on top of us already paying for 27 for our parking pass. One elevator was down 3 days. I will say the views were AMAZING, and the bed was comfortable but not my idea of an awesome vacation. Other guests were complaining about cleanliness of their units & security.

The room was very clean. The pools were great. There was construction going on while there but you couldn’t hear it unless outside.

Great place to stay

we will certainly come back and stay at summit. The hidden bar by the hot tub has great inexpensive drinks and food. The staff there is amazing. Only disappointed was the pool closing at 730 to 8 every night but certainly not a deal breaker.

The room was good, kitchen stocked, and clean linens. The only issues were the bedroom shower didn’t drain well, and the dryer lint trap was broken.

It was clean and the bed was comfortable only 3 drawbacks not enough toilet paper not enough garbage bags and the tv in the main room did not work properly oh and the keypad did not work properly it would never lock on the front door. Overall me and my wife had a great stay. Will be staying here again.

Amazing stay!

This condo was perfect for my family! AMAZING view of the gulf! Fully stocked kitchen and washer and dryer worked amazing! Looking forward to staying here again next year! Host is very nice as well. The resort it self was amazing as well! Tiki bar, pools, etc!

Great condo! Nice view of the beach.

It was nice staying in this condo good location. The only downside was the elevators weren’t working sometimes! Great experience though.
