Ride the elevator up to watch the waves crash from this 3 bedroom 2 bath 4th floor condo. This fully updated condo in a PRIME Emerald Isle location offers large flat screened TV's in every bedroom and Livingroom. , with built in gaming port in 3rd bedroom. You can see the waves from the Living Room, Master Bedroom Suite (with king-size bed,) Dining Table, Kitchen and 3rd Bedroom. All bedrooms have spacious closets. Kitchen has new granite countertops and cabinets. Condo comes with access to two swimming pools (between Memorial Day and Labor Day,) two tennis courts and a pickle ball court. Walking distance to pier, restaurants, bars, grocery store and walking/bike path. Location, location, location! Unit also includes Spectrum cable TV and high speed WiFi. Community is gated with key card access and front door access is via a smart lock with a unique code for east guest’s stay. Front door also includes a Ring doorbell in case of an accidental lockout.

We LOVE this spot for family vacation! This beautiful property boasts an amazing view of the sunrise and sunset and offers lots of fun extras such as swimming, tennis/ pickle ball and basketball!

Great place to stay! The place was clean and had amazing views from almost every window. Was convient to grocery stores, restaurants, and activities. Beach access was easily accessable and was not over crowded. We will rent again.

EI Condo with Beach/Ocean Views - Beautiful

Enjoyed a few days tween Xmas and New Years at this very clean, updated property. Host Craig provided excellent and clear communication. Checkin and out super easy. Would definitely repeat staying here.

Spectacular views and great location

Well maintained, clean condo with amazing views. The view from the primary bedroom is absolutely stunning!Everything was in good working order and sofa is new. The owners are very responsive and personable, easy check in and check out. We had bikes, pool toys and beach chairs that we felt very comfortable keeping under the building. We would definitely recommend this condo. As far as the building there were some elevator issues a couple of times and I would love to see umbrellas at the pool. It was very hot during the day with no shade available but a nice pool nonetheless.

Amazing stay in Emerald Isle

We had a wonderful long weekend at this terrific property! The views were spectacular, the unit was very clean and well appointed, and our host was incredibly accommodating. We hope to come back!

Condo at Emerald Island

Great views in an end unit, with lots of windows and close to the beach. Roomy with 3 bedrooms and open family room, dining room, and kitchen. Pool on site was also a plus and used it daily after a hot day on the beach.

Clean and comfortable

Great stay! Condo was clean, beds and all furniture was comfortable. Pool area was clean and beach was wonderful. The check in process was easy. Very close to grocery stores which was also a plus.

Would stay here again and again!

It was our first time to Emerald Isle and we loved every minute. The location of the condo is perfect! Close to the beach, stores and restaurants. It was clean and updated. Our entire family agreed that we would stay here again!! It was so nice to not have to pack towels, sheets, etc. Thank you so much!

Great location

Pros: fantastic views; easy beach access, close to grocery, restaurants and shopping; beautifully decorated, washer and dryer, elevator. Cons: kitchen is tiny; stairs (if you don't want to use the elevator) are dark and dirty; the blankets were stained. Overall we are happy and would rent this property again.

Great apartment on Emerald Isle

Loved staying here - clean, modern and well equipped - including premium cable in lounge and all bedrooms. Also a Keurig machine as well as a traditional coffee maker There’s two tennis courts and two pools too Craig was a great host - texting to check all was ok Hope to stay again Fully recommend

New Years Eve in Emerald Isle

It was a great little property with a view of the sunrises and sunsets. There is another building across from this one between it and the beach. If you are looking for unobstructed views of the beach, this one is probably not for you. Owner was great with responding and communication. Lots of places to walk to for food and shops.

SOS- Almost Heaven

Quick stay for a weekend wedding. Used Craig’s place back in the fall. Reached out for this trip & he was very accommodating. Great location. Easy process. He even messaged to let me know we could check in earlier than expected. Good communication. I will continue to repeat business with him for future trips.

Great Place for Couple or Small Group

The central location to restaurants and shopping are great. The views from almost all windows are also exceptional. Easy beach access is also a huge plus. The only minor drawbacks were the sheets which felt like sandpaper and having to stop somewhere to pick up and drop off the keys. It could be that there isn't a better way to provide access to a gated complex - it's just slightly inconvenient. Having said that, the key pick up and drop off were on the way into the island and only added a minute or two to the process.

Family vacation

The unit was very clean and there was plenty of towels and wash cloths which was nice since that's usually not the case anymore. The owner kept me informed of any changes when and even let me know of events that were happening nearby. The view of the ocean could be seen from almost every window, which loved!! We were very pleased with our experience!!

Great location for a family vacation!

We loved the easy access both to the beach and to the grocery store, coffee shop and restaurants. We loved how clean and wide the beach was. We loved the ability to wash our sandy feet off before returning to the condo. This was a great location to make memories. The only two things that could have made it perfection was cooler pool water temperatures (it was like warm bath water) and better shade available to sit on the deck at the condo for an early morning coffee. We had ample space for our family of 5, so that was great! We will definitely return to the island again oneday!

Was a good rental , location was great and everyone was pleasure to work with just need to add a Kuerig to list of appliances, Mr Coffee doesn't do well
