Pool looks nice and is close to the condo, but too cool for us to swim during our visit. A small view of water from the front deck, and sound of ocean. Walk to beach on nice walkway was close, and the beach is gorgeous. A very pleasant stay in the condo overall.

Lovey place

It was a great location! Easy walk to the beach and the indoor pool was a huge hit with my kids. Clean property and would definitely stay again!

Great Location

We enjoyed our stay on Emerald Isle. The condo was very clean, well stocked, and close to the beach and pool. The owners were great to work with. They gave detailed instructions on everything from check in to use of remote controls.

July 2019

Condo unit was just right for the size of our group (5 adults 1 child). Very close to both the pool and beach and conveniently close to stores and restaurants. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Spring break

The condo was perfect for our little family. We had a blast. Wished more things were open in March like the outdoor pool but made the ocean and indoor pool work!!!

Great week in Emerald Isle

This place is the perfect location for a relaxing week at the beach! Lots of beach and pool time, beautiful weather, great meals and tons of family time. Doesn't get better! Love this spot.

Family Beach Vacation

Nicely remodeled condo which is very convenient to the beach and outdoor swimming pool. Super responsive property manager. We just completed our third stay at this property.

Great family beachfront vacation

We had an amazing time. The town was low key and just the vibe we wanted for our family vacation with young children. Beach, pool, out to dinner and repeat. There are several restaurants to choose from nearby and other activities besides the beach - visiting the point, fishing on the pier, hammock park and bear island nearby were some other highlights for us. The condo was very clean and a great location. Would highly recommend!

Great family vacation

The owners are wonderful. There was an issue with the TV and they promptly responded- finding out it was due to wide spread outage. Condo is beautiful, very clean. Access to pool and beach couldn't be better. Absolutely one of our top stays of all time!

Great place to stay

Had a wonderful visit, the place was clean, easy to get to and a short walk to the ocean. There is a lot to do at the condo, 3 pools, exercise room. Only complaint I have was the coffee pot was very slow and the microwave didn't really heat anything. Other then that we had a wonderful stay and will stay here again if the opportunity comes our way.

Emerald Isle

Photos were deceiving. No beach view at all except for a little view from the deck. Short walk to the pool and beach. Very clean complex.

Thank you Patty. Your review is helpful because it does illustrate the importance of our potential guests reading the property description. In the third paragraph of the listing, we say “The price is lower than almost any other comparable unit, since, being a first floor unit, the view of the ocean is limited--though the walk to the ocean is one of the shortest in the entire complex.” Additionally, we show the view of the ocean from our deck, in the photo captioned “View from deck. Ocean is visible behind clubhouse, but dunes limit the view.” We don’t show any photos of the view from within the condo or any photos that anyone else has thought were misleading. Thank you for the comment regarding cleanliness. Hope you can return to Pebble Beach. We can help you find a unit with a great view!

Perfect location with easy walk to the beach.

This condo is as close to the beach as any you will find, out the door around the end of the building and you are pretty much on the boardwalk to the pool and beach access. The condo is also lower level so only one set of stairs to the front door, no packing all your stuff up and down flight

Fantastic!!!

This is our 3rd year in a row staying at Pebble Beach Condos, and our 2nd year staying at the Raynors place. It is perfect for my family and we enjoy everything about staying in this room. Its short walk to the beach and pool, the porch swing, and the calm atmosphere keeps is coming back. Emerald Isle will always be our favorite beach to go to!
