Great location. Looks like the pictures. Nice hot tub and fire pit area. Very well stocked and dog friendly. We enjoyed the shuffleboard and ping pong in the pole barn. Very helpful with things to do in the area. Always responded in a very timely manner. Accommodated 8 adults very well. We would definitely recommend and stay again.

We had a fantastic, fun and relaxing time!The listing was accurate, communication with the host was effortless. The atmosphere in the house was comfortable, inviting, and family oriented. All our family had only positive remarks. It is definitely a 5 star, memorable vacation!pk

Easy access, very clean and VERY comfortable beds. Loved the accessories for the house too (Bluetooth speakers, toiletries, cleaning items, and the games/activities were great.

A great stay! Literally right next to the Warren Dunes state park. We had fantastic vacation with family. In particular, the yard space, hammocks, and yard games were well enjoyed. The kitchen had everything we needed. Loved the roomy ceilings in the main space.

Amazing place!

We absolutely loved this place. We have been coming up to New Buffalo area for about 15 years and this was definitely one of our favorite homes. It had everything we needed including plenty of rooms, nice hot tub to relax in, fire pit to roast marshmallows, large yard to toss the football around, barn with some games including table tennis. The Warren Dunes were only 3 minutes away. Blueberry picking close by. We cannot wait to come back here.

Dunes vacation

House was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Very close to Warren Dunes entrance. Plenty of sleeping areas and room for our large group to spread out. Kids loved the hot tub, laser tag, and all the barn games. We had a wonderful stay!

Great stay!

This home fit our family of 10 perfectly! The kids loved the big yard, the hammocks and bunk beds! The adults really enjoyed the pole barn, fire pit and hot tub! We were surprised to find the beach/dunes so incredibly close to the house! We had a wonderful visit!

Wedding

This house was perfect for our occasion…….a family wedding in the area! So, so clean, super accommodating and great communication. If we are ever in this area again I will book again. Great location as well, beach, State park, go-carts.

Nice house minutes from Warren Dunes

Very clean rental. We had seven adults and three children under 6 and were very comfortable. Nice bonus was the spare refrigerator in the building to store the meals we had brought with us. Beds were comfortable. Loved the outdoor shower to clean up after going to the beach.

Perfect place for large family with active kids. Lots of fun things to do at house and hiking very close by. Clear instructions and all the important necessities provided. Hope we can come back!

Vrbo house

The house was great. 4 bedrooms plus a room with trundle bed. The yard had a fire pit . There was a pole barn with ping pong table and a shuffle board game. This was a very nice place for our family vacation!

Great for families and friends

The house, large yard, pole barn, and proximity to the Warren Dunes were all wonderful. They had a pack-n-play with a sheet and high chair there which made bringing our 1-year-old easier. Loved the yard and fire pit and the pole barn was great for the one rainy day we had. Highly recommended. We hope to go back next year!

This place was absolutely perfect for our family gathering of nine. This place has everything you would need for a long weekend getaway. The place is very clean. We roasted marshmallows by the fire, played football in the yard, saw deer walking through the yard, used the pole barn to play games and there is an extra refrigerator in there as well. We used the 2 hammocks. There is a very cute ice cream place called The Beach Bucket that is walking distance to this rental. They have flights of ice cream and we walked there two times to get their delicious ice cream. We went to New Buffalo, the beach, hiked, went out for coffee and to a farmers market. The location is perfect for every activity. The rental includes a hot tub and has plenty of parking. The main area is very spacious for large gatherings. We played cards and ate there daily. There are also tables outside and in the pole barn. We had a great time. Daina was our contact for the rental and she was amazing! She gave us places to visit, things to do and the suggestions were great. She was easy to reach and had great communication before, during and after our stay. I highly recommend this rental and location.

Great New Year’s get away!

Everything about the house was perfect! They really thought of everything. Very clean, well maintained and accurate in the pictures. We loved the game barn and weren’t too cold (except the day it was 20). With three of us being educators, we were happy to see the owners are as well. Communication was great and the info was all easy to find. We loved the snowy land and can only imagine how beautiful it is during the summer. Thanks for a great stay!

Excellent family house

This house was perfect for our annual extended family vacation! We rented another home that backed up to this one, which was really nice for our whole group to be so close. This house has a huge yard perfect for games and play, and also a firepit for evening gatherings. The kitchen is overall well stocked. The "party barn" is really great to have for a larger group, with plenty of room for hanging out. The fridge in the barn was really great to have also! The location is just 1 mile from the beach, very close to the entrance of the Warren Dunes State Park, where there is a huge public beach. We really enjoyed our stay!

We had a wonderful experience. First, the location is amazing! It’s a two mile walk or five minute drive to the longest stretch of glorious sandy beaches with ample parking. We were at the beach every single day. The fresh produce stand at the end of the block provided so many fresh fruits and vegetables, including a basket of everything we needed to make fresh guacamole, including the recipe. Second, the house was absolutely immaculate. We have rented many VRBO properties and the kitchen and refrigerator were the cleanest we have ever seen! Additionally, it was so well stocked with pots, pans, colanders, etc. we needed to cook. There were also weighty glasses that felt great to drink out of and a selection of kids dishes. There were just so many thoughtful details. You will need to bring or buy your own spices. The beds were wildly comfortable, so much so that we actually peeked under the sheet to find out the name so that we could consider it for home! We had one small issue with a bed frame, but the handyman was there that afternoon and fixed it right away. Communication was exceptional. The great room was perfect for hanging out together, but there were also so many nooks to find spots for privacy. We only had five people there, but there was room for so many more and so much space for kids and adults to have fun! All in all, it was a magical week. I think it truly could be a four season place to visit. A

We had a wonderful time at Sawyer Sanctuary! It was a perfect place to relax and enjoy the week with our family. The house to perfectly situated on a large lot and walking distance to an amazing farmer’s market and basically across the road from the entrance to Warren Dunes State Park. We also found amazing ice cream at the Beach Bucket, which is also walking distance from the house. Our girls found a long, paved running trail along Red Arrow Highway that started just a short distance from the house to get their day started each morning. Plenty of nice restaurants in the area. This house included a relaxing hot tub, large fire pit, and a separate barn with a grill, ping pong table and tabletop shuffle board. It was everything we needed and more! We would definitely come back to Sawyer Sanctuary!
