This 3 Bed 3 Bath island home has a farmhouse structure that features a long screened-in front porch with 4 beautiful rocking chairs, wood floors throughout, a large dining room, a coffee bar, and lovely outdoor gathering space on the ground level.

The 3 bedrooms are located on the top floor. The master suite has a king bed, mini-refrigerator, and an espresso coffee maker. Bedroom #2 upstairs has another king-size bed, and the 3rd room has a queen-size bed and shares a bathroom with #2. The sitting area on the main level has a queen-size pull-out sleeper sofa. In addition, there are 2 full-size futons in the sunroom and a full sleeper sofa in the living room, for a total occupancy of 11 people. Linens are included! We provide all bed linen, bath towels, hand towels and even a set of towels you can take to the beach.

This home is perfect for families, directly across the street from the beautiful white sand beach. Plenty of seating with 2 dining areas, lots of lounge space throughout the home, and your own private yard. Centrally located near the Publix grocery, restaurants, and beach shops.

We would like to note that there may still be construction occurring or construction materials near the property as a result of post Hurricane Ian renovations.
