This family-friendly home is an absolute dream and offers soaring ceilings and elegant touches! This home is just a half-mile from the gondola at Steamboat Ski Resort. In the winter, you'll have 18 ski lifts, 169 trails, and 2,965 acres of skiable terrain at your fingertips, including the glade areas of Pioneer Ridge and Sunshine and Storm Peaks. Use the winter shuttle to reach the slopes, access various shopping and dining options, or walk to Village Drive to find the fantastic neighborhood store WildPlum. When the summer sun is shining, stroll through the Yampa River Botanic Park (two miles northwest) or ride your bike along the famous Yampa River Core Trail, a seven-and-a-half-mile paved path that runs through the heart of Steamboat Springs.
The main-level great room includes a well-equipped gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a wraparound breakfast bar. More formal meals or game nights can be enjoyed at the nearby table. And sharing this remarkable space is the living area with a dramatic stone fireplace, comfortable seating options, and a TV. You'll find an additional living and entertaining space on the lower level of this home, complete with another TV and a wet bar with a wine fridge. If you need to sneak off to get some work done or do some remote schooling, you'll find a desk and chair tucked away at the top of the stars where you can set up your laptop. Outside, this home has a lower-level patio with a private, covered hot tub and a deck with a gas grill for warm-weather cookouts.
And when it's time to call it a night, you'll find all the cozy bedrooms have en suite bathrooms.

Ski shuttle details:
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
