Short getaway

Great location. Walking distance for coffee and restaurants. Excellent communication and check in process. Holly notified us beforehand that there was going to be some work being done on the building. The work was minimal while we were there and didn't interrupt our stay at all.

I was on ground floor so ocean view was limited. I would have liked a place in the back to sit outside besides the grass. Our condo was spotless! Parking was easy. Once you walked over the small dune, the ocean right there! Beautiful sunrise!!!

Family Vacation

This property is perfect for anyone looking to have a relaxing stress free vacation at the beach. You wake up to the sunrise out the window over looking the dunes and can get to the beach with a 2 minute walk. Additionally it is ideally situated within walking distance or a short drive to numerous restaurants, coffee shops, and stores. If you rather stay in and cook it is fully stocked with all the kitchen essentials. Holly was always quick to respond and the rental was very clean. We will defintely return.

Much Needed Break

My husband and I really enjoyed our kid free getaway at this condo. I loved the location, the smaller size of the building, was quiet and right on the beach. Sunrise walks to the Pier - which is about a mile away which was perfect. We will definitely be back.

Great location

The condo itself is in a quiet location, but 2 minutes away from anything you need. Clean and inviting, bathroom is dated but we will be back again

Awesome location

We enjoyed staying at this beachside condo. Access to the beach right out the back patio! It is a bit of an older condo and some wear could be seen but clean and worked very well for us!

Great location

This condo is located in a small building complex with easy access to the ocean. It is on the first floor which was great for us. There is a dune right out the back door but you need to use the public spot which is just a few feet away because there is no walking on the dunes. This was not an issue for us. It was nice to be so close so we could go back and forth for snacks, and to use the bathroom. The condo itself has all the basics - nothing too fancy - which is all we need since we don’t spend too much time inside. If you like to walk, there are restaurants and souvenir shops somewhat nearby. It would be a bit of walk for little kiddos. Jax Beach is a great mix of tourist and working people which we love. Great visit! The owner, Holly, is very easy to communicate with.

Great location. Bed was comfortable, and furniture was in good condition. Easy access to the beach. Would stay there again.

Great place to stay right on the beach

My parents stayed here while they were in town visiting. They loved it and my kids got to go to the beach during the day and stop in for a visit. Awesome time!

Clean, quiet condo

This condo was perfect for a small family. It was very clean, and super convenient to be right at the beach especially with a 6 month old. The beach chairs available were a pleasant surprise as well!
