Thank you for sharing such detailed feedback. I am very sorry for the issues you experienced, especially regarding safety concerns, maintenance problems, and the lack of response about the parking pass. Your comments about the condition of the walls, ceilings, bathroom fixtures, porch tiles, and front door are taken seriously and will be reviewed with the local team so they can address them. I appreciate you noting the cleanliness and kitchen supplies, and I understand your overall disappointment. Your input is very helpful for making needed improvements for future guests.

We do our best to ensure that all our listings have updated pictures. We are happy to look into this and make sure that the listing has updated photos. We have scheduled a walk-through of this property with our team to do a thorough inspection of the property and conditions to have any items addressed with the owner. Amazing 5 star review, thank you!

Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We are delighted you enjoyed some aspects of your stay and we sincerely apologize that some aspects of your stay fell short of expectations as this is not the standard we strive to uphold at Distinctive Beach Rentals. We sincerely apologize for the HVAC issue and understand how important climate comfort is during your stay. Upon review our records show the issue was addressed during your stay, and we are glad fans and heaters were provided to minimize any disruption. Regarding the supplies, each stay includes a starter kit with toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags intended to cover the first 24 hours. Additional supplies are typically purchased by guests during their stay, and this information is outlined in the What to Bring section of the Guest Portal shared prior to arrival. Your feedback is invaluable as this helps to enhance the overall guest experience and we hope to have the opportunity to host you for future stays.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We sincerely apologize that you were unable to stay in the original property due to unforeseen electrical issues. This is not the experience we strive to provide at Distinctive Beach Rentals, and we understand how inconvenient this was. We are delighted that our team was able to assist promptly and relocate you to another property to ensure your vacation could continue as planned. Your feedback about Katie’s assistance is greatly appreciated, and we will be sure to share your kind words with her. If you would like to share a review of the property you stayed in, we would be happy to receive it. Your feedback is invaluable in helping us improve and deliver exceptional guest experiences. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back for a seamless and enjoyable stay in the future.- Your Distinctive Team

While no concerns were reported to our 24/7 Guest Services Team during your stay, a work order has since been created and the owner has been notified so these items can be addressed. We value your input, as it helps us improve. It was our pleasure hosting you and we hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back for an even better experience in the future.
