Location was AMAZING! Easy walk to the beach, restaurants, coffee shops, etc. House was very clean and perfectly sized for my daughter and I!

We had a great stay! The place was very clean and had everything we needed. The host was friendly and always quick to reply whenever we had a question. One of the best parts was how close it was to the beach—it made it so easy to go back and forth throughout the day. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect place to stay a 1 min walk to the beach!! Host was great and place had everything we needed! The neighborhood was also super safe, which was a comfort to us.

Classic Jax Beach property that's a 3 minute walk from the sand. Clean with comfortable beds. Great value!

Excellent place less than 5 minute walk to the beach. Restaurants are also within walking distance and property manager was wonderful. So clean and everything you need. Will make sure we book it again.

This place is perfectly located for a beach getaway. It was clean, quiet and affordable. It was a very short walk to the beach, only 4 blocks from the boardwalk, and plenty of places within a couple of miles to eat, drink and shop. The only issue we had was the AC unit froze up due to extreme heat outside. The owner responded immediately and did what needed to be done to resolve the problem as soon as possible.

Daniel was a phenomenal host!Communication was excellent, check-in was easy, everything was as listed, and the location is superb. Location was great

We loved the location, walked to the beach and explored local shops. We would stay here again. The host was quickly available and helpful! Perfect for my wife and I for a weekend getaway!
