Very clean 3/1 house 4 blocks to Jax Beach. Minutes from Mayo Clinic and Baptist Beaches Hospital.
We love the location! Only 4 blocks to the Pier. Walk, bike or drive to the beach activities and restaurants. All the services close-grocery store, doctors, veterinarians, dentists only a few blocks away. Mayo Clinic approximately 4miles away.
Located in a residential neighborhood- suitable for families and groups. Plenty of room for you to relax and enjoy but not suitable for parties/loud music.

Very satisfied and would stay again!

Very clean! Very quiet! Great location! My only quam is the mattresses were a little dated and not vwry comfortable, but overall very impressed and would stay again!

Bungalow Close to the Beach

The big plus about this property is the proximity to the beach (3 blocks) and to shops and restaurants (1-2 blocks). The outside shower is also helpful to rinse off sand before entering the house. The house itself is nice - has parking for 2, possibly 3 cars, and capacity for 7 or 8, but only 1 bathroom, which can make for some logistical challenges. The sitting/eating area is also somewhat limited (one small 2-person table and a 2-stool counter). Amenities are basic, and they all work. The exterior (siding, soffits) could use a little TLC. The owner/manager was responsive and accommodating. All told, we had a nice time.

The Property owners were Amazing

My family and I were there for a my mother's surgery. The place was clean and quaint, I will definitely return so I can enjoy the house a little more.

Great location!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property in Jacksonville! We were only 4 blocks from the beach and walked there every morning. We had everything we needed for an awesome stay. The neighborhood is quiet but nightlife is only blocks away. We found plenty of great restaurants close by. The hosts communicated well so check in and check out were easy.

Great location, friendly hosts

We stayed 6 nights. Location was awesome, easy walk to the beach. The chairs, umbrella, and beach towels were wonderful. House was clean, plenty of room. Friendly hosts.

Excellent Stay

This is a perfect stay. Near the beach and restaurants. The owners are very responsive and kind. The house was so much more comfortable then being crammed in a hotel room and very well priced. The little details of having it managed by the home owner were nice. They left a few snacks, the light switches are all labeled, plenty of towels, trash bags, laundry pods, beach toys, etc. I'd stay again if I find myself in Jacksonville again.

Nice weekend

We were in town for a wedding. This house was close too the venue the wedding was at but was also close to the beach, restaurants and bars. I would highly recommend

Cute Quiet 3 bedroom home in JAX beach

Older home that has been restored to comfortable level on a quiet side street just a few blocks west of A1A, close to restaurants, bars, and beaches. Very well equipped including new sand chairs, beach towels, and extensive cooking equipment. Would recommend additional living room lighting.

We lived the beach life for 6 days!

The cute property was perfect for our stay in Jacksonville. We flew in from Alaska to visit our son and celebrate his 30th birthday. We easily walked to dinner every night, we walked to the beach in the mornings for sunrise. We had friends stop in to visit us. The grocery store is two blocks away…The location was perfect!! The neighborhood was quiet and the neighbors were nice. The beach cottage is clean and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen is stocked and we cooked breakfast there every morning. Communication was perfect! Thank you! We would absolutely stay again!

Great value

This is a great value being so close to a very nice beach. Some supplies like towels were, detergents, paper towels were very good. Silverware was spotty, teaspoons in short supply. It is old and shows it, but in general very clean, although living room carpet needs a cleaning. Owners easy to work with.

Quaint and cozy. A good time!

A comfortable place to stay during our vacation. Conveniently located within walking distance to the beach and many shopping/food venues. Clean and well stocked with basic necessities for cooking, laundry and trips to the beach. Only a few minor cosmetic defects were noticable (cracks in the walls or ceiling etc) but otherwise very accommodating to our needs. Mattresses on the beds could have been more comfortable, a bit stiff but not hindering. Daily pricing was very reasonable! We would definitely stay here again and recommend it highly to others.

The property was exactly as described! The house has all the necessary amenities and beat staying in a hotel. Super easy to get to and from the beach, easy access to food and stores. We loved it!

Fun!

It was a really fun experience. The house was at a good location, walking distance from Publix (a grocery store), and a good walking distance from the beach which is all you really need. Contacting the owner was easy and they were really sweet. The house was so cute, my friends and I really enjoyed our stay.

Nice Beach House

Home was super cute super clean & amazing location. Literally in walking distance to beach bars restaurants shopping & more. Area was super safe. Host was also amazing keeping good communication & allowing us early check in after our long drive.

Beach time

Pros...location ...close to beach and everything. Pros...3 bedroom and loved the layout of house. Cons..not good water pressure in shower Cons..small washing machine and dryer Pros..plenty of everything thing you need like towels,wash clothes and kitchen was nice size and stocked well.

Great Experience !!

Beach, shops, and restaurants were all an easy walk. House had everything we needed for making meals and the neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. Great place to stay for a family. The property manager was very responsive and went above and beyond to return an item that was left behind.
