My family and I enjoyed our stay. The long family dining table was a favorite forour in-home cooked meals. Easy to downtown and just a quick walk across the street to an accessible beach of Lake Superior.

Mia and Steve are super hosts! Their quick, friendly and informative correspondence made it easy to get questions answered. Bayview Cottage was FULLY stocked with everything we needed, and then some. It is so well thought out for accommodating guests. Our grandchildren ages 3 and 1 were with us so we were especially impressed with how child friendly it was. The kids loved the toys, games and books inside, and the sand toys, games and fishing rods outside. We would highly recommend this Cottage!

Great spot with its own little beach on the water and across the street from the big beach. We wished we had more days to enjoy the place. Thanks for a great kick-off to summer!

You can tell that Mia and Steve want their guests to feel at home. The house was immaculate and very well equipped. The tree swing was a big hit for the grandkids, kids and grandparents. The beach access was right across the street and most of the time we were the only ones enjoying the views. Even though my wife and I grew up in Duluth, it was enchanting to watch the ships from either the deck or dock. If you enjoy a cottage style home, this is a wonderful place as a couple or a family.

Great place on Park Point. We thoroughly enjoyed this very unique charming little cottage house overlooking the bayside. Lots of nice personal touches inside. Enjoyed cups of coffee in the morning watching the rowers go by. Also great sunset from the dock. Kitchen was clean and stocked and all appliances appeared new. Master bed was quite comfy. Kids were comfortable upstairs in the 2 bedrooms and sleeper sofa in the game-room. Our family enjoyed the living area playing games. We also took a short walk across the street to the park and public beach too. Perfect location for Canal Park or a trip up the north shore. Definitely recommend Steve and Mia’s place. Although we’re originally from the area, will definitely return someday when we make it back to visit.

Great little cottage on the lake

We had a great time staying at this property. It was charming, had a great location, and Mia and Steve had everything we needed to enjoy our stay.

It was a great setting right on the canal. The dock was a great spot for morning yoga. The house was clean and felt surprisingly big when all 7 of us were there. We appreciated the dog-friendly policy, as well. A short walk across to the beach was also enjoyable. All in all, a great stay!

Great spot to get away!

So close to all the local attractions. Awesome beach across the street. They provide tons of amenities in the house and for the beach trek. Our family had an amazing and relaxing week!

Amazing location

We loved our time at Bayview Cottage. The home and location were lovely with incredible lake and sunset views. The owners thought of all the little details that make your time away from home comfortable and relaxing. We can’t wait to come back!

We had such a wonderful stay at the Bayview Cottage! The house and setting were perfect!

We loved everything about our stay. The pictures of the house and property don’t do it justice. Mia and Steve thought of everything. We can’t wait to return. We highly recommend this location!

Bayview Cottage is great!

Labor Day weekend on Park Point. Loved the cottage, perfect for us. Right on the harbor, fantastic kitchen and baths, nice bed and mattress, easy to Canal Park and all of Duluth. Highly recommend this place. We will be back!!

From the minute we booked our reservation at Bayview cottage till the moment we left everything was absolutely amazing what a beautiful home right on the water everything you could ever ask for is there. We also got to meet the owner who took the time out of his day to give us a ton of knowledge about the area and the home we are staying in along with the home next-door such great history thank you so much for having us we greatly appreciate it we look forward to seeing you next time.

Amazing Family Friendly Home

The property was as described and perfect for the whole family. The outdoor space and amenities were absolutely amazing. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook family meals. We’ll definitely be back the next time we plan a trip to Duluth.
