We have owned and managed in this resort since 2004-
Rent with confidence.

We want you to know that you will be renting from the owner's sister -- not another owner managing many. We want to make your stay special and pride ourselves on our number of repeat guests. We have updated the rooms with new furniture, carpet and you will find everything wonderfully maintained. We do not use on site housekeeping -- it costs a bit more, but it allows us to have our own towels - sheets and kitchen equipment that will remind you of home - and we are also able to keep a few extras in the kitchen and thru out the condo.

Lovely experience

It was so nice having a homebase at the beach. We found it more relaxing than having to having the kids sleeping in the living room of a hotel.

Family Get Away

The location was perfect. Shops, restaurants, the beach, everything was walk-able. The amenities were wonderful - pools, hot tubs and play areas. The view was great and the condo was well furnished with comfortable beds, linens and furniture. Was very nice having parking at the location. Loved it and will definitely plan to stay there again.

Nice quick getaway

The property had a great view. A lot of shops around and grocery stores within good distance. Anytime I called she answered.

Resort is very nice

The only issue we had was the shower in one of the bathrooms. However, it was fixed w/i 2 days.

We were in Daytona for Rockville. Loved the convenience of this property to beach, shops and restaurants as well as being not that far from venue. Clean and comfortable with everything we needed

Beauty and the Beach

I stay at the Wyndam every year in August for a work show at the Ocean Center. I have stayed in many of the condos through the years. This was a very pleasant condo with nice comfortable decor and furnishings. Comfy beds and nice view made it a great stay. Thank you to the owners for sharing your place with us. I will stay again next year.

Location, location, location

Perfect place for our family of 5! Everyone had their own bed, great views and walking distance of many great restaurants. I wasted money on a rental car. The condo exceeded my expectations and we can’t wait to return.

Ocean front retreat

Thanks for the memories!

This was a beautifully appointed, comfortable, clean, convenient property to rent. It was perfect for our group of 6. Every amenity that we needed was there, and folks were all very kind, helpful and accommodating. We will definitely be returning!

Family Vacation

Very nice place for families! Pools and Lazy River was a huge favorite of my bunch. The only bad thing is the big slide was closed. We had a blast on our family vacation there.

Best stay in Daytona

This condo was better than imagined. Beautiful ocean views, right on the boardwalk close to everything and just a few steps from the beach. The outdoor pool, lazy river, slide and indoor theatre pool were more than enough - can’t say enough great things about this stay. Look forward to coming back in the future!

Clean Condo with Oceanfront View

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the property. The condo was very clean, the oceanfront view was amazing, there were lots of pools and activities for the kids. My only complaint was there was always long lines for food and drinks. The building should staff more appropriately, but that’s certainly not the condo owners fault.
