***Beautiful 7th floor 3BR 2BA AT THE LOW DENSITY MARISOL W/ BEACH CHAIRS!***

***Must have a member of your group at least 25 years old staying the whole time.***

Includes FREE beach service 2 padded lounge chairs and large umbrella directly on the beach 3/1-10/31 (subject to beach conditions & weather permitting). A great bonus for our guests, it is up to a $40/day $240/week value. Just tell the person handing out the chair what unit you are staying in.

The Marisol Complex is a low density complex. ****THERE ARE ONLY ABOUT 20 RENTAL UNITS IN THE ENTIRE COMPLEX*****. Therefore this is one of the least crowded pool areas on the beach. You almost never have to wait on an elevator your entire stay. During the summer at some complexes you will spend 30 minutes waiting on an elevator every time you try to go to your condo.

But let’s start with what makes this the perfect spot. Step out on the balcony and the first thing you’ll notice is the breathtaking views of the Gulf. MariSol is built close to the beach so you get stunning views of the beach and water. You'll want to spend all your time here because you have wonderful views of the beach and gulf. You’ll really enjoy the spectacular sunsets to the west. A great spot at the end of a great day.

This 7th floor unit is a spacious 3 bedroom 2 bath unit.

The master bedroom is equipped with a king size bed, access to the balcony, double doors and has its own private master bathroom. The master bathroom has a walk in shower and a separate tub. The master bath also comes with dual vanities.

The second bedroom has a king size bed.

The third bedroom has a queen size bed.

The living room has a pull out queen size couch.

The kitchen is fully stocked and ready for you to cook your favorite recipe or just heat up some mac and cheese for the kids. For the 2023 season there is a brand new fridge, dishwasher and range!

This unit comes with full size washer and dryer in unit.

*The pool will not be heated in the off season*

Condo was in a great location. I do t beleive the condo was cleaned before our arrival very well had to was our sheets and sweep the floor when we arrived. Other then that Marisol is a great location!

My family and I had a great vacation here! It was beautiful. Love the condo. Parking and access was so easy! No elevator waits. Clean rooms. Communication was really easy. Looked exactly like the photos! Our fire alarms battery went out in the middle of the night, emailed them and they were there that morning to get it changed for us. The beach was not crowded like other condos. The convenience of having chairs and umbrella included with the room was a great bonus! The beds were nice but could use a little more cushion. The living room tv could use an upgrade because the picture quality wasn’t the best but we didn’t really use it much. Decor could use an upgrade but by seeing the pictures we knew what we were getting. The only down side for me personally was the fact that all the dishes were glass, wish there was some kid friendly dishes but we made it work! Location is great! You aren’t gunna get the big grand pool with this condo but honestly it didn’t really bother us considering we were getting more space with the condo, no elevator waits, shorter walk to the beach, and good parking. We will definitely be back next year!

Beautiful beach / ocean views, clean place, well stocked kitchen for dishes, utensils , baking dishes and pans. Great communication and easy instructions. Would highly recommend and would stay again!

We wanted somewhere to stay while my wife recovered from . Back surgery and she enjoyed being there but was unable to go to the beach given the situation. But being at the ocean everyday for two weeks was relaxing for her

Relaxing getaway

My family and I had a relaxing week away at your condo. Thankful for the low number of units in this building. No long elevator wait times or waiting for a luggage buggy, or overcrowded pool area. The addition of the two beach chairs and umbrella was greatly appreciated! Would definitely stay again!

Family vacation

Wonderful condo in a great location. Got to get family and soon to be family together to make memories. Had lots of fun. I recommend everyone who has a chance to stay. My only concerns were the showers and the balcony cleanliness!

Enjoyed Our Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at Marisol 0703 a number of times and enjoy the overall property as well as this particular condo. We stayed for three weeks last year, four weeks this year and will no doubt return in the future.My only feedback is that the laundry room is cluttered with too much beach stuff that I would rather not deal with when I am doing laundry. Also, the master closet shelves are cluttered with pillows, etc for the couches that are never used and should probably be discarded.

Great trip!

We loved our stay at Marisol, Condo was just as described. Beautiful views, lots of space and conveniently located near many attractions. The condo had everything we needed. The only issue we had was trouble figuring out how to work the TVs. But we didn't call for help either as we stayed busy. We would Definity stay again.

Very nice condo. Exactly what we were looking for in a vacation place for our family. Appreciated the beach chairs and the covered parking space. Easy to access. No waiting for elevators. TVs could have been easier to process as we had no reception in back 2 bedrooms. Could use a thorough cleaning. Would stay here again.

Family Vacation

My family and I stayed for several days and the location was wonderful! Just steps from the beach front. Watching sunsets on the balcony were beautiful. Easy to check in and no long waits at the elevator. Very close to many attractions in addition to the beach. Master Bedroom bed was not the most comfortable but was manageable. Very strict policy regarding smoking and vaping on the property. Overall was a wonderful location and experience for my family vacation.

A suggestion would be to update and make sure that check in info and codes are accurate and the same in all communication. The beach chair attendant did not have us on his list but he was very accomodating because it was before the Spring Break rush but we needed to get it straightened out. Also, the lobby and beach codes were inconsistent in the different messages. Thankfully, the entry code to the condo was correct. And when we requested assistance the manager was prompt in getting things straightened out. Would just be helpful for the next guest if the info was better initially. We enjoyed Island Time dolphin and Shell Island Tour, Uncle Ernies and Schooners restaurants. Overall, we had a wonderful week and would recommend this property.

Summer vacation 2023

We were very pleased with the parking and checking in with codes for the door. Made it very easy. Condo had a beautiful view and cold air conditioning! And very hot water and pressure for a shower! Security also a plus. I liked knowing people in our building, had to know the codes to get in. Definitely would stay here again! ❤️
