The location was perfect for our travel purpose!! Other than the couch seeming to be a little dingy, the place was well kept and comfy. We would love to stay here again.

I felt a bit like Holmes & Watson staying on Baker Street, I really enjoyed it! There’s a coffee shop right downstairs which is usually open around 7, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby to eat at.

Comfortable and Romantic

We stayed here for our 41st wedding anniversary and it was perfect in both appearance and location. We will definitely want to stay here next year for our anniversary.

Proximity to all things Berlin

Enjoyed the convenience of the location of the property and the ability to walk downstairs to have my morning coffee. One of our favorite towns to visit!

Love the property in the town of Berlin

Apt. 103 B is the best, C needs a bigger and better Bed The Town of Berlin is the Best !!!

Great location in the middle of downtown Berlin

Great little apartment in the heart of downtown Berlin. Restaurants and shops near by and free parking, which is limited but we were able to get a spot even during their annual Fiddlers Festival.

Olivia was very easy to reach and easy to work with. I had to add an extra day on and she assisted me quickly. It was a perfect spot for my stay. I would just encourage lighter sleepers to bring a white noise machine as the apartment is above a coffee house that opens in the morning and you can hear the voices. Apartment was very clean and cozy.

Loved Berlin, and especially this apartment just above the adorable coffee shop and bakery!

Great location in the center of adorable Berlin! The town is picturesque and loved being there for the Easter festival! This apartment was perfect for 2 night stay firme, my daughter, and her boyfriend! Thank you!

Jazz/Blues Festival

PERFECT location for activities in Berlin. We didn’t get in the car once - it was a very comfortable stay and we could open the windows and listen to the music and watch what was happening on Main Street. Super nice place.

Get-away

Perfect location-loved the accessibility to restaurants, coffee shops and stores. The light shining in the bedroom at night was still an issue (noted by previous reviews) and the couch in the living area was pretty dingy but was still a cute place.

We have added thick curtains in the bedroom now, so no light will shine in through the window. The couch is clean, it is just a yellow/off white color. Clean ,comfortable ,convenient.

We chose this apartment specifically to check out town of Berlin and it’s surrounding area. Did not disappoint ! The apartment was clean and well appointed , livingroom provides a relaxed ambience. Parking ease and access to main st shops and restaurants couldn’t be better.

Perfect place to launch you adventures

The rental space was very comfortable and nice. The location was great, right in the main road with easy access to parking, shops and food. The kitchen was well organized with all of right things if you want to make a quick meal and don’t want to go out. There is a great table right by the front window that was great for watching the town, writing and planning the days journey. It was super easy to explore the surrounding areas.
