My friend and our two dogs stayed here for a long weekend. It's a great location. The place was cozy, clean and stocked. The balcony was inviting and we made use of the kitchen. Didn't really need to bring anything in that respect. Emmanuel was a great host and was prompt to respond. I would stay here again.

This is a decent place for a less expensive beach trip. It's not fancy, but will meet your needs. Having a washer/dryer and small kitchen was nice. We gave four stars because the stove was difficult to use when cooking (uneven heat and lopsided burners), the fire alarm let us know the battery was low at 12:47am, and we had an issue with the keypad that left us out in the 100 degree heat for ten minutes on arrival.

Perfect studio apartment for a long weekend. Having a full kitchen makes this so much better than a standard hotel room. Emmanuel was quick to respond to any and all messages and finding a vacation rental without a list of chores to complete before leaving was beyond amazing. Loved it, will be back!

My family (2 adults, 2 children, 1 large dog) spent a week here for vacation. We could not have been happier with our experience. First off, parking was plentiful underneath the building and provided shade for our vehicle. There is a small park across the street with a playground and a dog park which was also extremely convenient. The short walk to the beach is about 2 blocks which was a very doable walk but recommend bringing a cart if you have a lot of things to carry. The room itself was very nice and had everything we needed. The porch became a favorite hangout of ours as there is always shade and a nice breeze. There was one small issue that occurred during our stay and the host rectified it within hours of us contacting them. 10/10 would stay here again without a second thought.

Cute little place to stay!

The location was perfect- close to everything but still quiet. It’s a nice neighborhood to walk the dog. Host had great communication and let us check in early. We loved sitting on the porch when we weren’t out.

Fantastic location and responsive owner

The building and furniture show some age. The window air conditioning was very noise and not good for light sleepers. The location is fantastic. Jelly Roger park is just around the corner. Walking distance to the boardwalk and some good restaurants. The owner was very responsive. The condo serves our basic needs. Thanks for letting us use the condo.

Wonderful location.

The place is not super flashy like most places in Ocean City but it is very clean and very comfortable. The owner was great and the communication was amazingly, promp responses to every message. The beach and boatdwalk are two blocks and literally a 5 minute walk away, if that long. There is a convenience store right around the corner. The Jolly Roger's rides are right around the corner with the farris wheel visible out the front door. There is a park across the street. Parking was easy and there is an elevator to make bringing in luggage even easier. The bed is even more comfortable than mine at home. Would absolutely recommend this place to anyone who wants to be close to everything, but wants more peace and quiet along with a kitchen then staying at one of the big hotels right on the boardwalk. Unfortunately I'm only allowed to give it 5 stars because i would give it more if I could.

Great weekend and great clean place to stay!! Such an amazing place and the owner communicated very quickly. The unit is in a great location, able to walk to several restaurants and stores!! Luv the outdoor space as well!!
