Spacious 2 bedroom apartment with living room , kitchen, dining room, full bath and full size laundry. We offer one king size bed in one room and 3 twin size beds in the other bedroom. you will have fast wifi and cable tv available along with Roku that has Disney + and Netflix logged in for you. In the warmer weather your have access to an above ground pool with grill. Everything is newly renovated. Plenty of parking, close to airport and less than 1 hour to Dollywood, Pigeon Forge, Gatlinberg and many other tourist areas.

Loved it!!

Very clean and everything inside was so organized! It was a very cozy place to stay and hang out to watch movies on the projector by a fire pit! It was nice being able to pick up on the movie that was playing outside, on the tv inside as well! It’s definitely the perfect spot for a little game night in with friends or a home away from home. Tony was very nice and attentive. I Will be booking here again in the future! 10/10

Short, nice stay

VERY clean. Very nice. We went to a football game and arrive after the game at 12:30 am. Tony's place was perfect to stay overnight and wake up the next morning to drive back to Nashville. Tony was a great host.

Great stay overall

Great stay property was very clean safe and easily accessible the tv in the bedroom didn’t work but that’s fine. I just which their were more details and clarity on some things. For example the outside screen had to be turned on by the host every time we used it granted we didn’t get to use it because of the poor weather conditions.

Perfect Family Holiday

This property is immaculate! The owners take pride in maintaining it for their guests, which is much appreciated. They are very responsive to questions. We want to come back in the warm months to enjoy the pool and an outdoor movie. Thank you for a very comfortable stay!

Great hidden gem

The property was a hidden little gem. Only 30 miles to Pigeon Forge and Gatinburg. And just a few minutes away from TYS Knoxville airport. Great weekend get away. Wish we had more time to use all of the great included amenities. The huge outdoor movie area was amazing.

Fun!

The family loved this fun property. The kids loved swimming. The owner invited us to join their family for an Indiana Jones movie at their outdoor theater. It was a perfect night. The individual fires and the surround sound made it better than a movie theater. The boys played foosball anytime we were inside. A new bathroom with a super fancy shower wasn't listed.. it was just finished. It was a nice bonus! Great stay.

College Reunion

We chose this property because it was centrally located for us. It was the perfect getaway for our college reunion. The pool and outdoor amenities made for fun day and night. We loved floating in the pool and watching movies on the big screen. The location was close enough to Knoxville outdoor markets and great food. Tony was very accommodating and responsive. We will be booking again. Thanks for everything.

Birthday get away

The listing was exactly what the listing showed. The above garage loft was cute, clean and had great electronics. We enjoyed some movies on the big screen with surround sound in the living room. Loved the pool and bike trail area across the road. The place was surrounded by forest and was surprisingly rural but the house was close to the main road and close to a large, historical cemetery. Which I thought was cool.

graduation weekend

Great place to stay.

It was clean, professional and had every comfort of home! It had plenty of space for everyone plus. This was my first time using Vrbo and im glad we found this place. We didnt have to sacrifice any privacy and the Host was great. I would highly recommend. We didnt have time to use the ourdoor theater (which was a BIG bummer). Thia set the bar for my family using Vrbo. To the host: THANK YOU!

This place was amazing. The location, pool, the outside seating area, and the inside was spacious and clean. Tony was helpful and very nice. I wish we could have stayed longer.

My friends and I used this for a little get together this summer and everything was wonderful! The movie screen, and the pool were very cool and inside had everything we needed to have an awesome stay!

Amazing property!!

This was an amazing experience for us! The house was beautiful and conveniently located. It is a great place to be if you want to see the sunrise through the trees. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!

Great stay

Great place to stay!

We stayed at this property after flying in late to the Knoxville airport. The place was super cute and very clean! After seeing the pool area and screen for movies, we wished we would have been able to stay longer.

Quiet retreat

We had a great stay and enjoyed the garage apartment. It was laid out nicely and had plenty of space. We made good use of the pool and even watched a movie on the outdoor theater system. Communication with the host was quick and responsive. Note, this is above a “working” garage so there was definitely some noise (tools, the garage door opening or closing, music, etc) but it didn’t bother us. Families with napping aged kids might want to be aware though. Location was great, very close to a Food Lion, Richy Kreme donut shop, and good Cuban sandwiches at Aroma cafe. Also super easy to get on the highway to get to Knoxville. We’d be happy to stay here again.
