→Optional Cancellation Protection- Allows cancellation for ANY reason up to 48 hours in advance of stay and guarantees 50% of all monies paid returned ($100 fee applies at booking).

Thoughtfully curated, professionally designed interiors throughout. Once known as the iconic ‘Sandpiper’ cottage, this stunning home now renamed ‘Leave of Absence.'
Four cottages up from the beach and directly in Seaside proper, you’re sure to see several sandpipers of your own running along the white, sandy beaches of Seaside while staying in our Leave of Absence cottage! Inside our cottage you’ll find an inviting living room complete with custom sectional, additional seating, and flat screen TV. A short hallway away is a kitchen fit for a culinary king! Stainless steel appliances are flanked by designer cabinetry and black Corian countertops with a comfortable dining area to sit and enjoy your breakfast before heading out to the beach! A European designed full bathroom (shower only) downstairs alongside the washer/dryer and outside shower complete the main level.

Upstairs you’ll find your two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed, flat screen TV, and French doors that take you out to your own private balcony. Enjoy your morning coffee on one of the four Adirondack chairs or your afternoon cocktail after a day of shopping around town! The second bedroom sleeps 4 with one full bed and two twins. Located in the hallway is another beautifully updated and large European designed bathroom with shower and vintage free-standing bathtub will allow you to enjoy a soak in style.

We are located 2 blocks west of the town square and the 4th cottage up from the beach, Leave of Absence is a vacationer's dream! The swim/tennis/fitness center is at the other end of Savannah Street – only 100 yards away!

The washer/dryer are located outside with the outdoor shower
Second Floor:
• Bedroom 1: Master Suite- King bed, flat screen TV, and French doors that take you out to your own private balcony
• Bedroom 2: One full bed and Two twin beds- sleeps up to 4
Hallway: Large shared European designed bathroom with shower and vintage free-standing bathtub will allow you to enjoy a soak in style

Please alert us after booking should you wish to add the "Seaside Amenity Passes" to your reservation. Seaside requires the passes to be purchased for the entirety of your stay when ordered.
