Bryn Mawr Ocean Resort -A gated community loaded with amenities!

Bryn Mawr Ocean Resort is an ocean front gated campground community featuring tennis, shuffleboard, basketball, a playground, horse shoes, dog park, adult hot tub, swimming pool, seasonal bingo and the ocean! It is one of the last campgrounds left in Florida that is located directly on the ocean. Enjoy the feel and uniqueness of old Florida combined with all the modern amenities of your own park model cabin. Park right in front of your vacation home, no elevators!

Site 63 has a large unobstructed deck where you can relax and enjoy the ocean breeze, take a nap or read a book. A walk through the park will take you to one of four walkways to the beach or cool off in the huge pool located close to our unit. Our newest park addition is a second swimming pool that is heated with a separate hot tub-for those staying with us in cooler weather.

The park is very pet friendly as we are too, but we cannot accept dogs over 25lbs.

We have stayed here before. The owner Steve is a wonderful host and everything went smoothly. It was very clean. The place was perfect for our little family. We would stay here again.

Even though this is an older property, it was clean and suited our needs. The AC was great and that was important! Such a fun ending to a hot summer. We will return visit next summer. Thanks Steve.

The rental was spotless. It had everything you need . The beds are very comfortable. It’s a great spot in the park,kinda private.the communication is great if you have any questions. There is a great porch to sit and chill on. We will be going back soon. The two pools are great most the time you get it to yourself. Takes a short walk to the beach to watch the beautiful sunrises everyday.Our dogs are allowed and love hanging out on the porch watching everything.

Everything was just as described. A short walk to the beach, and everything else we wanted was close by. The grounds were quiet and well kept, and our host, Steve, was very accommodating. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

This beach vacation was everything I hoped for and more. From the moment we arrived, the peaceful atmosphere set the tone for a truly relaxing escape. The beach itself was immaculate—white sand, turquoise water, and breathtaking views at every angle.

Lovely property right by the beach!

It was great to be so close to the beach as well as lots of other activities. The beach house is so cute and had everything we needed, and the owner was easy to communicate with and on top of everything. Excellent stay!!

I spent most of my childhood in St. Augustine and I have been coming to Bryn Mawr for years. I like old Florida style living. I love the that you can park the vehicle in front of the porch and walk right in. No elevators, corridors or hallways like most condos have. The people who stay in the community are always friendly and it's a great place for kids of all ages. So much to do here!
