About the Cottage

Enjoy a peaceful stay at Naples Bay Resort in this recently updated 2-bedroom, 2-bath cottage overlooking lush tropical landscaping, a tranquil fountain and the pool area. Tucked away from street noise, the residence offers a quiet setting while still being just steps from the resort amenities and minutes from downtown Naples and the beach.

Located on the second floor and accessible by stairs or elevator, the cottage features a bright, open living area with high ceilings, ceiling fans, a large flat-screen TV and a queen sleeper sofa. Sliding doors lead to a private screened and covered lanai overlooking the beautifully landscaped grounds — a wonderful spot for morning coffee or relaxing in the evening.

The primary suite features a king bed, flat-screen TV and private bath with a jetted tub and glass-enclosed shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed and flat-screen TV, with a second full bathroom nearby. With the queen sleeper sofa in the living room, the cottage can accommodate up to six guests.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything needed for dining at home, including a full-size refrigerator and freezer with ice maker and filtered water. A full-size washer and dryer are conveniently located inside the residence.

Bath linens and beach towels are provided, with pool towels available at the Club. Starter supplies for the kitchen, bathrooms and laundry are also included, and a portable crib is available upon request.

Guests have one assigned covered parking space, with additional guest parking available.

Naples Bay Resort offers a beautiful tropical setting with family and adult-only pool areas, fitness center, tennis, spa, saunas and playground.

The Cottage is within easy walking distance of the Hotel, Club and Marina, where you'll find dining and additional activities. Bike, kayak, paddleboard and powerboat rentals are available through the Marina.

Complimentary resort shuttle service makes it easy to enjoy Fifth Avenue South, historic Third Street South and Naples' beautiful beaches without having to drive.

Additional Resort Fees

Please note that resort administration and Club fees are not included in the rental rate and are paid directly to Naples Bay Resort at check-in.

November 1–May 31: $250 administration fee + $60/day + 6% tax
June 1–October 31: $150 administration fee + $50/day + 6% tax

Discounted Club fees are available for stays of 30 nights or longer.
