The pictures were accurate, loved waking up to the view. Surprised but pleased to find a second bathroom. Everything went smoothly from check in to check out. We would recommend

The condo was very clean, bright and airy. The view was incredible and the pool was great. There was a little problem with the VRBO mobile app at check in, but the VRBO customer service rep helped resolve the issue.

The accommodations are beautiful and the view is spectacular. The location is walkable to Main Street and to Perkins Cove. I especially loved the balcony where I spent time relaxing. Kathy is a wonderful host and provides clear instructions and special touches throughout the condo. I would love to return for additional stays. Thank you Kathy!

Right in the middle of the marginal way so an easy walk to town or to Perkins Cove. We have been staying here for several years and can't imagine going anywhere else in OGT. Amazing view. Super clean. Kathy is responsive to any needs. We love it here!

We had another great stay at this lovely property. The view is fabulous!!! The condo is walkable to the Ogunquit Theater. The host Kathy is very helpful and provides great communication. We love to stay at this property when we travel to Ogunquit without the whole family. It is perfect for the two of us!

This property was perfect for us. We loved the water view, the balcony and the convenient location. Communication with the host was excellent. We parked the car when we arrived and didn't need it again till we left three days later. It's a few blocks' walk to the lovely Marginal Way paved shore path, and about a half mile walk to the main street in town. That said, the property is located at the top of a steep hill; not a problem for us, but it would be for some. We walked to the sandy Ogunquit Beach one day; that was a long haul! An Uber would probably be cheaper than the cost of parking your car near the footbridge to the beach. We'd stay here again if in the area.

Great home away from home for the week!

Stayed and worked here for the week with my husband. Wonderful views and great walks right out the door. Such a cute town to explore with great restaurants.

We had a great stay! We enjoyed our first show at the Ogunquit Playhouse, did some shopping and relaxed on the balcony and watched the ocean. The condo is lovely and walkable to so many places. Kathy is a great host and is very responsive.

Another great week at the Lookout

This was our 3rd stay at Kathy's condo.We will be staying there again in September.This is a great place to stay in Ogunquit,easy walks to all of the best things to do.

Great week at the Lookout condo

The location is perfect.A 15 minute walk or less gets you to all that Ogunquit has to offer.Great dining,shops and the beach.The condo was wonderful,clean,comfortable and a great view.

Perfect Stay In Ogunquit

In addition to having the most amazing view, the condo is immaculate, beautifully decorated and well appointed. So close to everything yet private and quiet while we were there. Would love to return same time next year.

Peaceful week

Great location, easy access to Marginal way and Perkins Cove. Stunning sunrises and you can hear the ocean from the deck, where we had wonderful farm to table dinners. So relaxing!!

Perfect location for Maine ocean/beach

We stayed here for 5 days. It’s very quiet and convenient. Steps away to your mini beach experience. The ocean walkway is such a gem leading to Perkins cove for lobster rolls! Great experience.

Another great week in Ogunquit

Kathy's Lookout condo is a perfect spot to enjoy all that Ogunquit has to offer.Clean,comfortable and a great view.This was our 5th visit to this condo and we look forward to our next visit. We never had to get in our car after arriving since all our needs are a short walk away.

Cute and comfortable!

Cute condo with a great view! Perfect for a couple who want a nice getaway in a perfect location. Adjustable bed was really comfortable. Unit was nicely decorated and clean. Communication with the owner was very efficient and she made sure everything went smoothly during our stay.
