This charming, updated 4-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom beach home sleeps 12 and offers ocean views from every room. Thoughtfully decorated with tasteful coastal touches, Sea Charm puts you right on “island time.”

We were delighted to find a fresh,clean beach house with most of what you would need for a weeks stay.The Ocean views were wonderful.The property owner was wonderful and responsive.Was a great Christmas!

Perfect get-away

This was a perfect location and perfect house for a relaxing getaway to the beach just as Summer came to an end. The house makes incredibly good use of space and had everything we needed.

Great rental!

Location was great, steps away from the beach. Not a huge place yet plenty of sleeping and living room space. Top rack of dishwasher was broken when we were there but it still worked. Would be nice to have shade on deck facing beach. But otherwise really nice place!

Wonderfully Refreshing Retreat

House was perfect for us. Well kept, and had everything we needed to just show up and relax on the beach. Great location on the Topsail Island that has good proximity to restaurants and bars, and amazing access to some of the best parts of the beach, but still feeling relatively private. We’ll be returning for sure!

Excellent view and location

Home is lovely with updated interior throughout home. Beautiful view and loved the direct access to the beach. Would definitely stay here again!!
