VIEWS, VIEW, VIEWS! Private beach access directly out your back door. We provide a free experiences along with your stay at Island Park. A free yoga session for the group. The North side of this duplex feels private with a gameroom, hot tub & balconies off every door you'll be entertained no matter the weather. Complete with an elevator to every floor & outdoor shower. North Topsail provides a quiet vacation just miles away from both Surf City and North Topsail where you can go for dinner, shopping, and entertainment.

The house needs a few updates, but it definitely had a beach house feel. The beach was wonderful, and we found inredible food in the area, mainly in Surf City. However, there were some things listed that are not there:No kayaks are availabe,No grill,No Spectrum TV or prime tume-local tv, just the Rolu crap you get when you purchase Roku,Beach tent has a hole in it.Other than that, we enjoyed it!

Right on the beach

Had a great time with multigenerational family here- kids/teen loved the game room and beach toys and adults loved the balconies and beach views- our 84 year old dad appreciated the reverie access. Lovely place and overall experience.

Family Vacation

We had a great multi family vacation here. The beach is not as crowded and we found plenty of shark teeth! The game room was fun when the kids needed a break from the sun.

Great House

This house was very nice to stay in while we were visiting NC. Some updates are needed, but the view is amazing!!!! The neighbors were very friendly. Great house to bring family!

Amazing Property - Right on the Ocean

We came into town with three families, with kids ranging in ages from 5-14. We loved the house - it was January but the oceanfront views did not disappoint. Photo is a view from the living room during sunrise. The owner was quick to reply and everything was exactly as described. Would happily go back and stay again!

Great family beach house

We loved our stay at this awesome house it feels like home and is well appointed in every way. The beds are comfy and there’s plenty to do. One thing to consider is the living/dining space to bedroom ratio might make things a little cramped if you have multiple families staying there but otherwise it’s a great place for a bunch of people or just a small family. The host is very nice and easy to communicate with.

Great View

It’s a great location right on the beach and you can see the sunrise from the back two bedroom’s windows, which was a nice feature. I was a little surprised to find out that it was a duplex, but there was no one there next door while we were there so it was not an issue. The elevator is a helpful addition. The house is showing its age, however, but overall we enjoyed our stay there. .

We love the beach!

It was wonderful! We are beach people from way back, although we live far inland. When the tide was too high for the beach, you can sit on your deck and you can listen to the waves crashing and see the pelicans, blinding and smell the salt air, and you are in heaven! Place had everything we needed. Abi is a charming hostess. We came here before the hurricane Helene hit our mountain village of Hendersonville and we were reluctant to go home until we could get up the mountain to our home. Abi was so kind to find us another day here and get us another place to stay when this day is over. She is such a lovely person. I hope to meet her someday! We will definitely come back next year.

Excellent location, beautiful views

North Topsail Beach is a beautiful, quiet stretch of beach, with great shelling, especially if you like sea glass. The house was well equipped. As the listing states, there is starter supplies for paper towel and TP, so if your stay is more than a couple days, will need to supply your own. The included private yoga session was such a treat; the instructor came directly to the house so we could do yoga right on the beach in front of the house. The elevator was a great plus, in good working condition and reached all four floors. Check out the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Rescue in nearby Surf City (reservations needed), and the Andrew's Produce farm stand on Topsail on Island Dr. All kinds of fresh products, including herbs, honey, jams, etc.We did have some issues with the hot tub and overall cleanliness and maintenance, but Abbie addressed these issues. She was very helpful and responsive to any of our questions.

The pictures on the internet looked great. However, when we got there, the place was dirty even though we had to wait for the supposed cleaners to be done before being able to go in. We got there almost an hour early. No cleaners were there. The floor was dirty it made your socks dirty walking on it. The windows were definitely not cleaned as they were covered in salt spray and you could not see out of them. There were flies everywhere inside and few of those yellow fly traps just randomly put up, including right next to the refrigerator. That’s enticing. The lamp in the kitchen area would hold about 10 flies at any given point. The worst part though? The cockroaches! They were everywhere! We killed almost two dozen in the time we were there. The owner finally sent out someone to spray, however the person who came specifically said, this will stop more from coming in but will not do anything to the ones already inside the house as they will be trapped in here. His company did not do entire fumigation of homes. Went to some seashell island and came back and not but minutes back inside, we were killing roaches inside. We were upset and said forget this, we’re not staying any longer. As we went to strip beds, the bed my grandson was sleeping in, a cockroach literally ran out of the sheets! My freakin grandson was sleeping in a bed with a cockroach! That is absolutely disgusting! It’s very obvious the house is not sprayed regularly for cockroaches and other insects!
