It was the perfect stay from day 1 to our very last day. Communication was excellent. Cindy was right there to answer any questions or needs. I wish more hosts would go out of their way to make our stay perfect Beds were comfy, showers were hot, the washer and dryer was nice in the master bedroom. Air fryer and outdoor freezer was a great addition

Short Vacation

This was such a fabous place to have stayed. It was the perfect location wuiet neighborhood I had great communication with the owner and the dogs wete wuite comfortable with the area. Would decinitely go back again!

Amazing!!

This was a beautiful property, with everything we needed for our stay! Cindy is an amazing host, and is very responsive! They Hudson area is nice and quiet! With plenty to do around the area! 10/10 will recommend, and plan on coming back again!

Hudsons’s Best

Felt like home while we were there. Plenty of room to spread out or to be together. The house was clean and comfortable. It was close to everything we wanted to do and see. We are extremely happy to have found it. Cindy was a great host, readily available for whatever you needed. Definitely will recommend to anyone asking.

A warm wonderful place

Our family had a wonderful stay in this lovely home. Kayaking, fishing, grilling and biking are just a few of the experiences made easy. The home is immaculate, the beds are very comfortable and the view is awesome. The property manager was very friendly, responsive and made this a great opportunity for wonderful family memories. We highly recommend and look forward to returning

Bday weekend!

My family and I wanted a little getaway for my sons bday! What a place and the commendations Cindy provided! We enjoyed our stay and planned on coming back again. Thank for for everything Cindy! Jameson loved the cookies and jet ski ride!

Hudson FL Experience!!!!

Well appointed place

Very clean and well equipped. Has everything you could ever need. Communication with Cindy was excellent. Screen porch off of bedroom was lovely. Mile walk to bar/restaurant on the water.

Hudson, FL VRBO

Very nice property. Decorated nicely. Property manager, Cindy was beyond great!! She answered quickly when we had questions. My two adult daughters and I stayed at this property and we were very comfortable there. Nice back porch, washer & dryer, lots of kitchen pots & pans, comfortable beds, very clean throughout and nice seating area back by the canal. We would definitely stay here again. 30 minutes to the beach.

Amazing!!!

This place was the cutest! My parents stayed. It was soo clean and stocked to the gills. They wanted or needed for nothing. Cleanest vrbo we've used! Cindy was the greatest host! This will be my go to for anytime my family is coming to town. Thank you Cindy for everything!!!

Gracious host! Very clean and well kept up. Host obviously treats her rental as a priority !

Clean well laid out. Almost every needed item for a great stay has been provided by the host! You would be hard pressed to find a cleaner well provided rental in the area! Compared to our stay a couple of weeks ago (2 blocks from this unit) this was the Ritz Carlton of rentals! Keep up what you are doing

Great Time at Hudson Holow.

Cindy was easy to communicate with. She left us a nice "new years eve" package. House was really clean. Felt very "at home" while staying there. We were a little too busy on our trip. Wished we could have spent more time there. The enclosed patio was a nice place to hang out and watch the Ospreys, Egrets and other animals. Short drives to many awesome places to visit. Homosassa was a really great day trip to see Manatees. Tarpon Springs was another great day trip. Overall a great trip for me and my family.

Perfect place to spend the week

Cindy was an awesome host. She had everything we needed at the property to have a great week. When we arrived, we were greeted with a bottle of champagne and some other goodies to welcome us to Hudson. The property was very clean and organized. A lot of the space seemed new. If there was something we needed, Cindy was sure to get it for us right away. Life jackets, kayaks, beach towels, bikes, fishing equipment, all bathroom essentials, a stocked kitchen, and the list goes on. Cindy thought of everything. There was a binder with things to do and menus for food places nearby. There was a dolphin sighting on the canal right in front of the property one morning. Beds were comfortable. The only negative was it was hard to leave.

Our long weekend was a total vacation - will be back!

Cindy is an amazing host. When I asked about bringing in a cot for our young child, she brought in trundle beds! As soon as I opened the front door, I was on vacation. Her house is beautiful and she has really taken time to add special touches both in her decor and in her caring bonuses for guests who invariably forget things, including hair ties and dental picks! The available kayaks add fun, activity and value. We didn’t make use of half of the recreational products - lighted corn hole, mountain bikes, fishing poles (we used our own), fishing nets, inner tubes, etc. We used the kayaks daily and saw rental rates starting around 50 each nearby. Her notebook of nearby food and attractions is as thoughtful as it is helpful. The night lights in the toilets were awesome! The beds are comfortable and sheets luxurious. The location is great. We had a chance to visit with a couple neighbors who are very friendly and don’t at all mind having a short-term rental nearby, which is a real bonus! The area was hit hard by Hurricane Helene (as 2nd generation Floridian, truly a once in several lifetimes storm) and some neighboring properties are in various stages of recovery - it did not detract from our stay at all, hence the 5 stars, but its something to be aware of. If you have to wait out a Florida rain, pull out the Laugh Out Loud game. It was so much fun for both kids and adults. We will definitely be back! We can’t thank Cindy enough for a vacation that exceeded our expectations.

Amazing experience!!

The trip was a great last getaway before the college semester started back! The house was amazing and had everything we could’ve needed, so glad I chose to stay here with my friends because we had a blast.

Great stay

The place was very nicely decorated and clean, with a great porch with a view of the water. Cindy was a great host, quick to reply and answer any questions we had. Very conveniently located, just a short drive to Spring Hill, where we have friends, so I'm sure we will be staying here again in the future!

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!

Pictures do this place no justice. It's even more beautiful in person!!!! The host was the most kindest and welcoming host I've ever encountered. She's amazing!! She made sure we had everything needed to make our vacation go as smooth as possible!!! We even had a visit from the manatees!! Saving to my favorites because we will definitely be back! Fishing is the best here !! We caught tons of fish as well as crabs!!! The house was stocked with all the poles and crab traps we could use!! Beautiful, beautiful home and area!! I've always stayed on the beach but now believe canals will be where I'm booking from here out. This house is definitely a must see!!! Tons of things to do within minutes of the home.

Just what we needed for a few days to get away

This home is an exceptional value. It is less than an hour from Tampa, Clearwater Beach, and other nice beaches in the area. Kayaks, fishing poles, bicycles, a paddle boat, grill and did I mention it’s right on a canal with personal dock. The owner, “MS, Cindy”, is very nice and welcoming and she keeps a very tidy and clean residence. I highly recommend if you are traveling with kids . I highly recommend no matter who you are vacationing with.
